Robert came in and suggested he just give us a fixed price (with better fixtures) so there's no confusion. We were fine with that and were pleasantly surprised when his fixed price was at the very low end of the spread we expected. The tech came to check things out. In less than 5 minutes he told me that a whole system would need to be replaced, but he couldn't give an estimate without a project coordinator. I paid the service call fee (which I think I should be refunded) and sent the inept tech on his way. We got a second opinion. The tech from a different company listened carefully when I explained everything. He did his inspection/diagnostic and after a very thorough assessment, he said that one of our capacitor wires was not connected. He reconnected the wire, also made sure all other connections were correct. NOTHING needs replaced! However, if the first tech wasn't so inept, we wouldn't have found the PERFECT company. Stay away from this place!​​
