After dad had passed & mom's health was failing, it was time to clean out the basement. I ended up rescuing the old lamp from a family yard sale, after which the it sat in my garage for a few more years. One place I called gave me an estimate of $400 to restore it! Well above my budget. Enter Revival Lighting. Had heard their ads on the radio for awhile before I finally called them. Took the lamp down (they were on Division at this time) and had them restore the lamp, changing the bright gold finish to a deep bronze. The lamp was beautiful! A few years later, we had a house fire and the original shade was destroyed & the old lamp was again relegated to the basement. Facing a move to California this past October, I wanted the lamp restored again before I left & by the only company I trusted to do it - Revival Lighting. They were able to get the lamp done for me, even with changing the finish to the Old Gold, before I had to leave in three weeks. The lamp is absolutely beautiful! Now, the search is on for a new shade! By the way, it only cost $140.00 to restore my family heirloom!

We started with the electrical box on the outside of the house and worked our way to sub-panels as well as all the way to lights and outlets with their help. They even drove out to my house to clarify certain elements of the electrical project. They are competitively priced on most items, however be sure to check competition. The store is clean, well lit, and organized so it's easy to find what you need. They are able to special order whatever you need as I found out. Bottom line they have the best service around for trying to help the customer understand what it is that they need to do.

After 90 minutes of assessment and merely installing another wire nut the Tech. informed me he "didn't know why the fuse didn't trip. AND for that I paid $536! WHAT!! I specifically hired High Energy to find out why the fuse didn't trip when it should have. They DIDN'T do that ... then charged me $536. TWO words come to mind; RIP-OFF! Hell my son hired an electrician recently in the metropolitan area of Seattle and he was only charged $300 for the same time frame ... and his guy actually FIXED the problem he'd been hired to repair. High Energy did little but "assess", couldn't diagnose the issue, couldn't resolve the issue and yet had the GALL to charge $536. I have four rental properties in Spokane and you can bet I will NEVER AGAIN employ a company that thinks it's okay to charge $536 to NOT live up to the expectation for which they were hired. I asked for a bid to install one 240 outlet (which another company did for under $1000) and they gave me a proposal to replace the breaker panel ($13,000), all the upstairs outlets ($6700) plus $2000 for the 240 outlet. Total $20 grand!!! By the way my house is only 25 years old and we have had zero problems with our electrical system.
