He also explained why things had to be done a certain way, very knowledgeful! After getting back our refund in Feb of 2013, I went forward with getting it wired up. His price was right on with his original estimate! I had him add in a second part to the original job as well. There was no light on the back door. He added the light and, put a VERY good light electrical outlet with it as well. He was extremely professional, curtious and his work was of very high quality. Even the inspector was impressed! He did an excellent job of keeping the work area cleaned up after the job was done. There isn't a trace of him being there. He also arrived exactly on time (a little early to be exact.) If you need an electrician, this is the person to call!

AFHHS responded by visiting in a couple of hours and providing a preliminary assessment. A deep dive evaluation was scheduled for later in the week. The technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation, pointing out a couple of things that contradicted the original evaluation by the first company. Although the AF technician indicated the furnace was a bit undersized for the square footage of our home, he said the furnace was in reasonable condition for being 11 years old. He recommended a thorough cleaning of the furnace in the spring before committing to purchasing a new furnace. I called SOS and again Sonny and his son showed up and explained that it was a power issue from the power companies side, so I contacted them and they came out and everything was good from the their side. They were the first to tell me to beware of this company from what I was relaying to them what SOS told me. Turns out they put a 4 ton unit in my 1 to 1.5 ton max living space and duct size that is short cycled and stopped working. I had this confirmed by two different HVAC companies. Its been 6 months all through the summer and no solutions just empty texts and unanswered calls. My family feels take advantage of. Beware
