IPG had won the contracts for our electrical, roof, and septic for a cabin we're putting on ten acres. It's extremely time sensitive as the foundation is scheduled for July. For final approval of our loan, we need to get final estimates to our bank. This was discussed with Tyler within the last couple of weeks... now he's ghosted us! I have no idea why as he won't return calls, texts, or the note I left at the address given. Now we have to find new contractors and get their estimates to the bank. We are very much at risk for not getting the loan closed in time for the foundation and beginning of the build. Tyler knows that this project has been riddled with roadblocks, primarily due to another bad contractor. Tyler knows about the time constraints. Tyler has even visited a sample cabin with me and the general contractor heading the project. Tyler knows we spent this past winter in our RV and really don't want winter #2 in there. Our septic permit expires in August. Yet, Tyler has ghosted us. He was great, until he wasn't. We NEVER saw this coming. We're hurt, angry, and confused. There is NO excuse in a business relationship for ghosting a client. At a BARE MINIMUM, you place a phone call and make the client aware your unable to do it so they can make other plans. I can't in good conscious recommend IPG. If ghosting is an acceptable practice you run the risk of winding up in the same situation we are in. By the way, he's also ghosted the general contractor who was going to throw even more work Tyler's way. He doesn't have any idea why either. The hunt for new contractors is on and I recommend you avoid IPG. This ghosting has wiped the slate clean of the good work he's done. That good work means nothing if we don't get into this cabin before winter. Instead of helping, he's now hurt us badly for no apparent reason (at least none that i know since HE WON'T RETURN MY CALLS OR MESSAGES. This really sucks.

So I called High Energy to come out and find out why the fuse didn't trip. After 90 minutes of assessment and merely installing another wire nut the Tech. informed me he "didn't know why the fuse didn't trip. AND for that I paid $536! WHAT!! I specifically hired High Energy to find out why the fuse didn't trip when it should have. They DIDN'T do that ... then charged me $536. TWO words come to mind; RIP-OFF! Hell my son hired an electrician recently in the metropolitan area of Seattle and he was only charged $300 for the same time frame ... and his guy actually FIXED the problem he'd been hired to repair. High Energy did little but "assess", couldn't diagnose the issue, couldn't resolve the issue and yet had the GALL to charge $536. I have four rental properties in Spokane and you can bet I will NEVER AGAIN employ a company that thinks it's okay to charge $536 to NOT live up to the expectation for which they were hired. If I could give this company a ZERO rating I surely would. To all my fellow homeowners I highly recommend seeking a different company for your electrical needs. My fault for not researching online reviews prior to employing. Service Requested = 0 Quality = 0 Value = 0

I asked for a bid to install one 240 outlet (which another company did for under $1000) and they gave me a proposal to replace the breaker panel ($13,000), all the upstairs outlets ($6700) plus $2000 for the 240 outlet. Total $20 grand!!! By the way my house is only 25 years old and we have had zero problems with our electrical system.

An important part of this investment included a complete re-wire of the home to bring it up to current electrical code. Selecting an electrician for a large project such as this who I have never worked with caused some anxiety. After getting several bids, I felt Joe and his team at Northstar had the best combination of experience, service, and price so I took a chance. The work included: Upgrade electrical panel from 100 to 200A, relocate the panel from the maid floor to basement, and move the exterior meter on the home to better accommodate the new electrical mast. Rewire the whole house Wire basement with new construction/open framing Install custom light fixtures and add outlets Prep wiring and electrical for upstairs addition Northstar was amazing every step of the way, following through on all commitments, keeping us informed, and doing quality work. Most impressively to me, the completed the full house re-wire without needing to cut a SINGLE hole in my lathe and plaster walls to complete the job. Although cuts may have made the job easier, they took the time and care to find a path that avoided need for repairs to the walls. Truly, they managed to rewire some locations I did not think would be humanly possible without cutting in for access. This team is a well-oiled machine and we made the right choice with Northstar.

From our very first encounter to the very last they were nothing but professional. When we chose to replace our 30 plus year old system the process was as seamless. We compared prices with other companies and found Bills to be the best value. The day the crew came out the communication with the company was amazing. We knew each crew members names, qualifications, experience, and were given a photo of each person that entered into our home. They crew worked without taking breaks and tore out the old system and installed the new. AND They hauled it all away. I could tell by the way they were working together that they enjoyed their job. When finished all three of them came in and let us know that the job was finished. I HIGHLY recommend Bills! In fact we recommend them to our daughter and son in law and they had their system replaced a few months ago.

They promptly sent out a tech and did all the above maintenance which was supposed to be done by Bills tech. I don't know if it's true or not but each tech supposedly gets $500 for each furnace they sell. Which I didn't realize was under warranty. I did not need a new furnace, and therefore, I believe I was trying to be taken advantage of. Once I realize the work that was not done I immediately contacted Bills for a refund. They promptly refunded the money, which was very professional. However, all work should've been done at the time of service and therefore, I would not recommend this business.
