I have…read morebeen in the design and construction industry for over 35 years and can report that their quality, attention to detail, and hands-on commitment to perfection is unequaled. The business is operated by two brothers who are both hands-on in the design and installation of all systems. They recently completed an 8,000sf house with 2,000sf garage and 2,000sf heated driveway apron for me. The system was a multi-manifold, multi-valve modulated condensing boiler system that required a very high level of expertise for installation. Kyle Smith personally completed the majority of the install, and every aspect of his work was completed to perfection. My copper piping work is so perfect that other subcontractors often photograph it!! I give them my very highest recommendation and assure that you can trust them with any project, large or small, simple or complex. Thanks Kyle and Ryan!!

AFHHS responded by visiting in a couple of hours and providing a preliminary assessment. A deep dive evaluation was scheduled for later in the week. The technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation, pointing out a couple of things that contradicted the original evaluation by the first company. Although the AF technician indicated the furnace was a bit undersized for the square footage of our home, he said the furnace was in reasonable condition for being 11 years old. He recommended a thorough cleaning of the furnace in the spring before committing to purchasing a new furnace. We are very pleased with the results of calling AFHHS and will be looking forward to their service in a few months.

They switched us from oil to gas heat and even replaced the water heater, which they didn't have to do. They got to us before we ran out of oil. They were prompt to their appointments and very friendly. They kept me in the loop and the owner himself came out and completed the bid. He even came by to check the progress of his men. Most companies don't do that anymore. I highly recommend them.

Just what I like to see. Highly recommend them. I don't know if they are higher or lower than most cause I didn't have a chance to get other quotes. But I'm just glad it's fixed. I want to be slightly nit picky. After the job was finished and they had gone back to their work truck I went to inspect the pipe. They had left the old parts laying on the ground instead of disposing of them. It would have been nice if they would have wrapped the loose heat tape around the pipes instead of letting it lay there as in the picture and they disconnected my water hose but just left it like that instead of reconnecting it like some might expect them to do. If I do a job I leave it just as I found it after I'm finished. Those are small things but make a difference to ME
