Review update. It's been some time since we had Darren out to install our furnace and heater. One winter down with very comfortable heat and during the worst heat wave in some time our A/C unit was was keeping our home comfy. Until yesterday. Our thermostat went blank in the afternoon and the A/C no longer worked. I called the business line at about 9pm to leave a message and hopefully get a call back in the morning to help diagnose the problem. Nope, he called shortly after I left the message and gave me some hints to try. If those didn't work let him know in the morning. They didn't and I got in touch with him again. He made time for me in the morning, arranging it at my convenience when I could leave work. Rather quickly it was diagnosed that our secondary power switch had melted on one pole and a simple replacement was made, getting us back to cooling. This switch was original to the setup and not something he had installed, yet he fixed it for us. I can't say enough how much respect I have this mans integrity and willingness to help out. Even if you have to wait for an install I can assure you it is the right choice. He is competent at what he does and stands behind the work. They just don't make these kind of businesses anymore. Our a/c went out at our house we use as a business. We have alot of families and children in and out. Called Revive came right out. Our unit was very outdated, so he gave us a price for new a/c and also the heater (which was also outdated). He charge our old unit 2 different times to keep a/c going till we could get the new units installed. Very reasonable price and very professional. I called Darren when my furnace started throwing error codes to my ecobee device... He was nice enough to face time with me to try to solve the problem with me over the phone. It did end up that he had to come out and perform a service on the furnace. When he did he found the problem right away and educated me on what to look for in the future and how the furnace error codes work. Super professional and friendly!!! I called almost everyone in town to try to schedule an appointment to repair a heater on my rental property one week before Christmas of 2018. These other companies wanted my credit card information first because everyone in town apparently charges a service fee before they will even come to the property. Luckily for me I didn't stop calling and found Darren (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) He went right over to the property the very next morning and thoroughly went through my heating system and regrounded some old wiring. He only charged me for the work he did even though he probably could have added more to the bill and I wouldn't have known. When others are vague, in a hurry to leave, give you a ballpark estimate, and recommend work or materials that are unnecessary, this company is direct, honest, specific, and give you options. They answered all of our questions thoroughly, emphasized calling them if we had any questions, were professional, friendly, and I am now passing their business cars around to my neighbors and friends. I am extremely impressed and pleased with this company. I originally contacted them to request a quote for an AC installation. Darren called and asked me to send him a few pictures of my furnace so he could see if it was even possible to work with the space I have before continuing. He then called the following day to schedule an appointment. I work all day, so I arranged for someone to be here for the quote and told Darren that the person would be there. Darren called to confirm the day before. He came on time for the appointment and was extremely friendly and professional as he worked through getting the information needed. He took a lot of photos and measurements and said he would email me the quote the following day. I got it the following afternoon and it was considerably better than other places but no so low I was concerned. I then called to talk about scheduling. We were able to schedule for less than 2 weeks out. I again told him that I'd need to have someone there. The day before the installation, I called him to confirm and ask about payment. He said the amount in the quote would be the exact amount. The day of the installation, they again came and were friendly and professional. Darren then called me that evening after my work to touch base and ask if I had any questions and tell me a few things since I had been unable to meet him prior. I used Darren to install a new heat pump last June. My old system had a leak in it and I needed to replace the system since it was about 12 years old. I received 5 different quotes from various different companies. Darren was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done since he is the owner and operator of his business. I must have called him a half dozen times trying to make the right decision, and he was always helpful and patient. Keeping it Local! We have been planning for family to come up from California for the last couple months. The week before their arrival my Airconditioning decides to go out. We were having a hotspell it was 90° out and practically 90° in my house. I couldn't believe it! I needed my air-conditioning fixed before they came, otherwise everybody would be up in a hotel.
