All I can say is we couldn't be more pleased with the work Darren and crew did replacing our furnace and AC units. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They got it done in a short timely period. Educated me on the proper filter and best replacement cycles. Highly recommend their service!!!! read more

Believe the 5 star reviews! Prompt, pleasant and professional. Great communication! Darren approached my problem and repair like he was working on his own home and took time to inform me along the way. read more

We just had a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit replaced in our home. The service and professionalism was none better. They were prompt in getting the estimate to us and the work was outstanding. Darrin and his crew were very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. Review update. It's been some time since we had Darren out to install our furnace and heater. One winter down with very comfortable heat and during the worst heat wave in some time our A/C unit was was keeping our home comfy. Until yesterday. Our thermostat went blank in the afternoon and the A/C no longer worked. I called the business line at about 9pm to leave a message and hopefully get a call back in the morning to help diagnose the problem. Nope, he called shortly after I left the message and gave me some hints to try. If those didn't work let him know in the morning. They didn't and I got in touch with him again. He made time for me in the morning, arranging it at my convenience when I could leave work. Rather quickly it was diagnosed that our secondary power switch had melted on one pole and a simple replacement was made, getting us back to cooling. This switch was original to the setup and not something he had installed, yet he fixed it for us. I can't say enough how much respect I have this mans integrity and willingness to help out. Even if you have to wait for an install I can assure you it is the right choice. He is competent at what he does and stands behind the work. They just don't make these kind of businesses anymore. Our a/c went out at our house we use as a business. We have alot of families and children in and out. Called Revive came right out. Our unit was very outdated, so he gave us a price for new a/c and also the heater (which was also outdated). He charge our old unit 2 different times to keep a/c going till we could get the new units installed. Very reasonable price and very professional. Not every business you get the owner working on your house. Doesn't get any better! I have to rate AAA+++ read more

Very professional, fair priced, and came out and fixed our furnace same day. Will definitely use again!

So happy that we found Revive to do our AC installation last summer. Darren is knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. We had 3 other quotes and he is the only one that took his time and was detailed in his assessment of our duct work and made a good recommendation for the unit itself. Installation went great! In addition, had a problem with our thermostat (that I created) after install and he was willing to talk through on the phone and even provide a part on the weekend to get us up and running. Cannot recommend enough!! read more

Darren came to the rescue when our furnace quit. He made time to stop by and look at our furnace, the same day it quit. After looking at it, he told us we needed a new one. He sent a quote, same day. She got another quote, the next, which was more, and they weren't sure if they could install it,possibly 1 to 2 weeks. Call Darren, he gave me a install date of 4 days. Install day, they were on time, and ready to go. They finished that day, everything was done. Good job and good value. read more

Darren was able to diagnose our broken A/C system while other larger companies were a couple weeks out, a week later he and Shane had a new A/C and furnace installed (my system was 30 years old, time for an upgrade!). Both were very friendly and professional, with a very reasonable bid. I wouldn't hesitate to turn to them again. Thanks! read more

I called Darren when my furnace started throwing error codes to my ecobee device... He was nice enough to face time with me to try to solve the problem with me over the phone. It did end up that he had to come out and perform a service on the furnace. When he did he found the problem right away and educated me on what to look for in the future and how the furnace error codes work. Super professional and friendly!!! Darren will be getting all of my business moving forward for sure! read more

These guys are super honest. Extremely qualified, have never been more impressed with an HVAC consult. Could have had an easy sell on a condensing unit, referred me to another company for electric AC installation. They also gave me a free consult. Highly recommend, will definitely use them in the future if we have issues with our furnace. read more

I called almost everyone in town to try to schedule an appointment to repair a heater on my rental property one week before Christmas of 2018. These other companies wanted my credit card information first because everyone in town apparently charges a service fee before they will even come to the property. Luckily for me I didn't stop calling and found Darren (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) He went right over to the property the very next morning and thoroughly went through my heating system and regrounded some old wiring. He only charged me for the work he did even though he probably could have added more to the bill and I wouldn't have known. Honest, fair, and integrity is the first words that come to my mind when I think of Revive!! He just recently checked the heater out for this winter and as always, he's fair, efficent and honest!! The only place I will ever use!! read more

Amazingly prompt and honest service! I will reach out to this company again in the future!

I couldn't be happier with Revive. Darren is an awesome guy who genuinely cares. His helpers were awesome and friendly got the whole new furnace in quetly ( some pretty major alterations to the room had to be done to get it in) and left the place spotless when they left. Didnt have to wait long either to get the project started. VERY competitive prices too. One of the best prices I got yet, and considering how nice everyone was, I won't ever recommend anyone other than Revive. Thanks guys! read more

Great follow up, very friendly. Showed me that my heater was not functioning properly because of the previous owner messing with the system. The technician was knowledgeable about heating and cooling he provided tips on how to make my system more efficient. read more

I cannot recommend Revive enough. When others are vague, in a hurry to leave, give you a ballpark estimate, and recommend work or materials that are unnecessary, this company is direct, honest, specific, and give you options. They answered all of our questions thoroughly, emphasized calling them if we had any questions, were professional, friendly, and I am now passing their business cars around to my neighbors and friends. They replaced our AC unit, installed a whole house humidifier and did some repairs to our furnace in 6 hours. There really is no need to look for another company-you want these guys! read more

Great service, thorough, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Had Darren do a preventive maintenance visit for my furnace. He went over it with a fine-tooth comb and verified it was working properly. He also did an assessment for AC and made helpful suggestions about installing a ductless system. Highly recommended. read more

I had a problem with my furnace and my water heater at the same time. Darren from Revive was super responsive. His labor costs were quite reasonable and he got it taken care of quickly. I definitely recommend Revive! read more

I am extremely impressed and pleased with this company. I originally contacted them to request a quote for an AC installation. Darren called and asked me to send him a few pictures of my furnace so he could see if it was even possible to work with the space I have before continuing. He then called the following day to schedule an appointment. I work all day, so I arranged for someone to be here for the quote and told Darren that the person would be there. Darren called to confirm the day before. He came on time for the appointment and was extremely friendly and professional as he worked through getting the information needed. He took a lot of photos and measurements and said he would email me the quote the following day. I got it the following afternoon and it was considerably better than other places but no so low I was concerned. I then called to talk about scheduling. We were able to schedule for less than 2 weeks out. I again told him that I'd need to have someone there. The day before the installation, I called him to confirm and ask about payment. He said the amount in the quote would be the exact amount. The day of the installation, they again came and were friendly and professional. Darren then called me that evening after my work to touch base and ask if I had any questions and tell me a few things since I had been unable to meet him prior. I am very pleased with their work and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for heating/air. read more

I used Darren to install a new heat pump last June. My old system had a leak in it and I needed to replace the system since it was about 12 years old. I received 5 different quotes from various different companies. Darren was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done since he is the owner and operator of his business. I must have called him a half dozen times trying to make the right decision, and he was always helpful and patient. His quote was not necessarily the cheapest (it was close) but there is no question that you don't always go with the cheapest. Our system has worked great so far, and it's been almost a year now. If you're looking to have someone replace your system, or just fix it, give Darren a call. I guarantee you that you won't be disappointed. read more

Our Furnace when out, I had another company come look at it and was not happy with them. called Revive Heating and he was over to look at it that afternoon, and was here for hours trying to get it running so we could get some heat since it was snowing and cold out, but ended up putting a new one in and he was back the next day to help us get heat back on. They were very Courteous and honest I felt. the Tech explained everything and was happy to answer all our questions. best deal in town too. read more

There was no problem in requesting a checkup on my system. I called one day and Darren came out the next morning to look at it. He was honest with me and gave me information that was very helpful in running my unit more efficiently without trying to sell me something. I have an older unit so I was expecting anything. I would not hesitate in using their company as well as expecting honest dealings. read more

I had Revive Heating install a new air conditioner unit. But I wanted the unit installed in a "special" location (not where you would typically put a unit). Daren was super accommodating, he showed up on-time, he is very knowledgeable, and was able to install the unit just as I requested. His costs were very reasonable. I am very happy with Revive and would recommend them to others in the future. read more

Daren was unbelievable, he went above and beyond what he had to do with my AC installation. If you need any service to your homes heating or AC there is no one better in town. 100% would only use Revive for our services from this point on. read more

Keeping it Local! We have been planning for family to come up from California for the last couple months. The week before their arrival my Airconditioning decides to go out. We were having a hotspell it was 90° out and practically 90° in my house. I couldn't believe it! I needed my air-conditioning fixed before they came, otherwise everybody would be up in a hotel. I called about 12 places around town to see what was the best price, best rating and who can get it done before the weekend. Daren from revive heating came through with an amazing quote and incredible service! The day I called he was out at my place checking out what he had to fix. I explained to him my situation and he said he can fix it in the next two days. Wow! Sure enough he got my air conditioning fixed in two days from calling him and I had an ice cold house just in time for my familys visit. I got to say Daren was very professional, on time and cost efficient. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. What I like best about him is he's very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Plus he's a Local! He knows Spokane and the people. Thanks Daren for making it happen!!! -Dallas read more
