Given the symptoms, we thought I might have to replace my blower fan. At noon today, I got notice that Mike was on the way to look at the problem. At 12:30, Mike arrives. At 12:35, we're both looking at the furnace while he takes the blower fan cover off. At 12:37, he has diagnosed that the fan isn't dying or dead, but that it has shifted in its mounting bracket, making the fan blades hit the enclosure. SUPERB AND FRIENDLY SERVICE! I COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE. Honest, responsive, hardworking and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The water heater had a leaky valve, so they had to fix that first. Then the first toilet needed new gasket and seal in the tank. Then the 2nd one turned into a major project. It was clogged with calcium that they couldn't fully removed so we decide to go for a new toilet. When they took the old one out the seals in the floor were all rusted out. And the pipe in the floor was a mess so they had to replace that too. And once the toilets were done, they installed bidet attachments for us. They finished up around 2pm. They promptly sent out a tech and did all the above maintenance which was supposed to be done by Bills tech. I don't know if it's true or not but each tech supposedly gets $500 for each furnace they sell. Which I didn't realize was under warranty. I did not need a new furnace, and therefore, I believe I was trying to be taken advantage of. Once I realize the work that was not done I immediately contacted Bills for a refund. They promptly refunded the money, which was very professional. However, all work should've been done at the time of service and therefore, I would not recommend this business.
