One was about 14 foot up and another two about 12 foot high. The rest could be reached with a step ladder. They charged $500. Seems excessive for the less than an hour and a half they spent. The quality of their work was great, they wore shoe coverings and vacuumed up their work areas. I was just dismayed by the amount they charged. (originally rated one star) They didn't simply unplug the old and plug in the new. They removed an adapter from the hard wired smoke detector and wired in a new plug. (less then 5 minutes per detector). I appreciated that they did the job right. Upgraded from one star to two, based solely on price.

I asked for a bid to install one 240 outlet (which another company did for under $1000) and they gave me a proposal to replace the breaker panel ($13,000), all the upstairs outlets ($6700) plus $2000 for the 240 outlet. Total $20 grand!!! By the way my house is only 25 years old and we have had zero problems with our electrical system.

Also had the former great room ceiling fan reinstalled in our guest room and two flush mounted fixtures installed. Sean made an appt. with us with a date and time (which was two weeks out). This was more than reasonable when it could take months with other electrical contractors. He and his crew arrived in time on the agreed date. We walked the areas for installation and appreciated his recommendations, which saved us money. They were all professional, knowledgeable and protected our home from the debris from installing the various fixtures. They vacuumed up after the areas that they worked in.
