Multiple times we told them they need to call our tenants to work with their schedule. Nope, always called us. When the job was finally done the morons blew little shards of glass EVERYWHERE rather than vacuuming them up. We had to have someone come out 2 times try to clean up the mess they made. Also dinged up the trim during the installation process and put a hole in our tenants yard swing. We were actually shocked they called to get final payment before any of this was taken care of. We will never have dealing with them again.

I said ok he ordered the glass and within about a week he was there and replaced the two large picture windows. I had called two other glass companys some didnt call for 4-5 days and then they told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even come out to measure. There was one other company that was very good to respond with measuring and quote but they were quite abit higher priced.
