It was very close to closing time and they were OK with bringing my truck into their shop and they were also OK with having a group of about 4 guys take care of it right then and there. Also, my son's car needed a new rear window installed but needed a temporary plastic cover until the car was able to get into their shop or get into the shop that my insurance company recommended. The shop installed the cover without asking for any $, even if the car wasn't going to come back to get the work done there. Things turned out that my insurance company's rec was not good, so we got the work done at Grizzly and it was great, timely and equal to the other shop's price. Big thanks to you Grizzly! He continued to rudely explain why we can't park here and if we did not move our truck was going to get it. My little brother then asked what his deal was and why he was so upset, he told my little brother to F*** off and then left. I can only imagine how they treat people that use their services. This review is for the installation crew for Renewal by Andersen windows and doors…read more On March 23 and 24, 2026, Anthony White and his crew, Scott Buchery, Evan Conwell and Austin Avery, arrived to install our windows and doors. The crew was very polite, offered to wear shoe covers and asked before using our "facilities". They worked efficiently and quietly. It was clear they were experienced with installation and function of each product. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and addressed. There was damage to/issues with some of our products and when it was brought up, Anthony was already aware and assured us it would be noted in his after install report and taken care of. The Crew cleaned up any mess and hauled away trash and debris at the end of both install days. At the end of the second install day, they ensured windows and doors were clean and functioning properly. Anthony also took time to go over each product and discuss proper function and maintenance.
