I said ok he ordered the glass and within about a week he was there and replaced the two large picture windows. I had called two other glass companys some didnt call for 4-5 days and then they told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even come out to measure. The crew was very polite, offered to wear shoe covers and asked before using our "facilities". They worked efficiently and quietly. It was clear they were experienced with installation and function of each product. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and addressed. There was damage to/issues with some of our products and when it was brought up, Anthony was already aware and assured us it would be noted in his after install report and taken care of. The Crew cleaned up any mess and hauled away trash and debris at the end of both install days. At the end of the second install day, they ensured windows and doors were clean and functioning properly. Anthony also took time to go over each product and discuss proper function and maintenance.
