We had a cracked sliding window and needed it back by the end of the week. They were quick with a rough quote and I dropped off the window to them within the hour. Unfortunately, the newly replaced glass was broken when it arrived off the truck. I received a call right away and it was sent on the next truck and still ready when needed thankfully. HOWEVER, there was no discount given for the two-day delay and inconvenience ("not our fault" she said). And when I asked if they would even match the $15 lower quote from a competitor who returned my call after I had already dropped off the window to City Glass, she also said "no. They must get better prices." (Guess what, both glass companies use the same repair wholesaler). Their lack of working with the customer on price given the circumstances deserves a lower rating, and is also why I recommended their competitor to my neighbor. read more

I found city glass thru an ad on Instagram, and contacted them for a quote on a shower enclosure replacement. My house had the god awful gold framed, frosted glass enclosure that stank of cigarettes from the previous owners. They sent a guy out to measure and got me the quote within a day. Waited for our stimulus money to come in and then contacted them to get the ball rolling. I emailed Marcy during the process and she was great. The installers were on time, and were wonderful also. One of them went over the door swinging options with me and I'm glad he did, cause the door swinging in the opposite direction of the old one makes so much more sense and gives a lot more room. Their shower enclosure kit does add at least an extra inch of space inside the shower, and it's not as claustrophobic anymore. I took the first shower it in and I couldn't stop smiling at how much better this is and how I'm glad those annoying Instagram ads actually came thru with something useful. Horrible customer service. The lady at the front counter assuming it's the owners wife... told my wife several things that contradicted what I was told about there service. The molding on my windshield didn't even last 6 months. The window that was installed had a flaw in it (understandable ) but when my wife went to have it replaced under warranty she was told it would depend on weather or not their supplier would warranty it or not... overall a completely horrible experience. I suggest getting any service they offer else where. read more

I am not one to write reviews, simply because life gets busy and I tend to forget, or the service is just mediocre. I wanted to be sure to take the time to write one in this case. My husband and I needed a small piece of mirror framing for our driver side car mirror. We'd purchased a new piece of glass for the mirror & needed the lining around the mirror to keep it in place. We checked several different places, as we weren't sure where we could even find what we needed. We tried City Glass, they were extremely nice & open bright and early I might add. We were just passing by. They kindly gave my husband more than enough of what we needed and for FREE! We were very greatful & quite impressed. I would definitely recommend City Glass. read more
