Clean installation despite having to cut into the ceramic file floor by using professional protection covering. Also was only a half a day to install. Mike and Ken did a great job all around and came out a few weeks later to replace a bowed screen door and a marred cover piece, and now it looks perfect. Well worth the price but also a reasonable price considering the quality product and installation.
