Ms. Moug made an appointment to show my property on Aug. 3 between 3 and 5pm. At 5:30 I called my realtor to let him know that she had not arrived nor called to cancel. He said he saw her showing property earlier and would call her. According to my listing realtor she said that she "spaced out" and forgot and for him to tell me that she was sorry. Hmmm... do you want to list with this realtor or want to wait on her to show your property?...I think not. There are many good, conscientious realtors out there. Pick one of those.
