Saw the price then I put it back down and went to talk to my husband about it and the employee that was there working asked me if I was going to buy the shirt and I said no and she was like what about the shirt in your pocket. That was my phone which I showed her and at that time we left. I spoke with Brian about this situation. He said he would handle it.. But still that is not right at all. So be warned. You wear a sweater and have your hand on your phone in the front pocket the lady here will think you are stealing. So I advise you don't so you won't be accused of stealing like I was.

My family and I are always finding cute knickknacks, doo-dads, and overall very useful items that simply make the heart happy. The bathrooms are generally pretty icky, and this is one area where the employees at this location could definitely improve. The customer service is also mixed. I've had horrible experiences with employees that left me baffled and extremely disappointed, barely palpable and non-memorable interactions that were negative or neutral, and a very small number of genuinely pleasant exchanges with certain employees. The pricing is standard for T.J. Maxx which means expensive and quickly adds up. Overall, I'd still recommend checking this location out for the fun of finding something cute and unique. Just be mindful of the sharks for employees!

I came here specifically looking for a new suitcase that's decent sized and under $100 bucks. This TJ Maxx had a corner section of just luggages and all different sizes. Their selection was bigger than I expected, with both soft and hard shell cases, and the price ranges were pretty good and fair. I found a Lucas brand light-weight (not familiar with this brand) semi-hard shell case with 2-inch expander and 360 wheels for $80 bucks. The inside had a full zip enclosure with 2 zip pouches and 2 scrunch pockets, which was what I was looking for. Check-out line was kinda long but again to be expected during holiday season. With that said, I noticed employees worked diligently and kept the line moving.

They may be caught in steel-jaw traps that slam down on their legs, often cutting to the bone; Conibear traps, which crush their necks with 90 pounds of pressure per square inch. What's frustrating is that Escape Outdoors took the time to verify the coat's authenticity but still knowingly shipped a damaged product without notifying me. Customers shouldn't have to pay shipping and handling fees to return defective items, especially when purchasing a premium brand like Canada Goose. For an item that is advertised at full price, the customer expects the item to be in "pristine" condition. I like the products they offer but may have to reconsider other retailers for my next purchase.
