I was very skeptical of going here, as I could only find poor reviews on yelp. But I was able to find positive reviews through Groupon and their website including Facebook. The staff is very kind and friendly. I had spoken with a gal twice prior to going in, to gain additional knowledge on their wellness pod. After feeling like I had enough information, I went in the next day and was given a tour of the service I was interested in and able to use it the same day even after walking in. I highly recommend using the wellness pod also known as the fitness part or cocoon. Very relaxing! Also if you are a customer here, we need to get this place higher stars on yelp! They deserve it

The location isn't great,…read moreinside is a laundromat & a lot of people you wouldn't typically see st the tanning salon but once inside, I was greeted by a very friendly staff who was very helpful & eager to give great service. The salon is connected to the laundry area but waiting area is separate. I did a high performance tan which ran $10 for a single use. The bed/room was clean, towels, goggles & stickers provided. I will definitely return soon to sign up for a month of the unlimited as it runs less than $50 to use all beds including stand up & high performance. Don't let the less than savory location scare you off, you'll receive great service & a great tan!

All 5 facial tanner bulbs were out and 6 of the 20 top bulbs were out. When I came out I had the receptionist check to make sure they were out and she confirmed. I requested a refund of my $140 and they said someone would call me. 4 days past and I had to call back before someone finally called me. They refused to refund my purchase and said that the face bulbs were on order and would arrive in 7-10 days and I should just scoot down and use the bed bulbs. Clearly they do not upkeep the beds as needed to charge those kinds of fees. This is very disappointing in the way they run their business. Do not waste your money! Find a salon that has good customer service and quality service and equipment!
