***** 5 star alert *****…read more I walk in the bright and unassuming little shop to get bombarded with smiles, love, true happiness, clothes and accessories! My first trip in Tanya (Tonya?!) was incredibly helpful and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. Also, she didn't give me some BS line about the pants doing my waist any justice. I appreciate honesty! I knew the pants were bad and she agreed:-) I walked out with a couple new shirts and some decent info into the store and its roots! As I walked out Tanya jokingly said, 'if you find any sweet pants come back and show me!' So off I went only to return in about an hour to show her my sweet finds! It was during my return when I was given honor of meeting Jessica, the owner. Jessica and I exchanged some light banter as I started her new store a Yelp page. I was in Spokane valley yesterday and couldn't pass up the opportunity to see what was new. I walk in and both Tanya and Jessica are standing there beaming before starting to fuss over what would be best for me to try on. I bought an awesome blue shirt and left with a huge smile, grateful they recognized me and make it a point to go out of their way to make me comfortable! In a world where positivity and kindness seem to go by the wayside Stïl stands above the rest! Time to stop reading this first review and get down there to see for yourself!

I have gotten a few pairs of earrings that have broken within a month. From these experiences, I buy things with the expectation that they will last for only a few outings. Imo it's worth a stop to look if you are in search of cheapo hair accessories or holiday jewelry.

Are the goods made to last for decades? Hardly. But for cute styles at a steal, this is a great place to go. And there are definitely gems to be found: bohemian linen-like white culottes for summer, t-shirts with witty sayings, hats, cell phone cases, and more. So much more. When I visited, the place was a mess, though (hence my 3-star rating). I gather they were in the process of moving a lot of merchandise around, and there was only one guy working there. The disarray made it really difficult to find things, and the clothing strewn about didn't make one want to explore. The guy working here was apologetic, saying he was alone and had to re-arrange all the displays himself. I felt bad for him. That said, he was SUPER nice and funny, and I'd rate this store way higher if there was another employee here like this guy, with a great personality, who could help out and get this store in shape.

What we did NOT know was that we had done so TWO DAYS LATE... so they tacked on a late fee. KOHL'S DID NOT TELL US THIS while in store. We thought we had completely paid off the card... because we used the phrase "we'd like to completely pay off the card." So, imagine our surprise to receive a bill in the mail for ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS in LATE FEES... which we were NOT TOLD ABOUT... because, silly us, we were under the impression that "we'd like to completely pay off the card" meant that we had completely paid off the card. NOPE. Once we FINALLY got through to an actual customer service representative, we explained the situation... and the customer service person provided NO ACTUAL SERVICE. She said she could remove 40.00 of the late fees... which she did not actually do. DO NOT USE A KOHL'S CARD. Their policies do not make sense. If you tell a cashier in a store that you'd like to completely pay off your Kohl's Card... be ware that you might not have ACTUALLY have done so. BAD FORM, Kohl's ... BAD FORM. We have deleted our card, and obviously won't be shopping there again.

I very rarely encounter an employee until I hunt them down, and I have encountered some extremely rude employees over the last couple of years. The major reason I am giving them a lower rating has to do with their fabric compartment though. The couple of times that I have gone here to purchase fabric I have been incredibly disappointed. My most recent purchase of fabric from this location was for two pieces of fabric of the same exact size for a tie blanket, when I got home to make the blanket, I found that the two pieces of fabric were more than two inches off from each other... I will continue to shop here for nearly all of the other items that they offer, but I will not be going to here for fabric anymore.

They also have a nice selection of panels, though those are a bit difficult to find around the store, since as a previous reviewer noted, you are kind of on your own to find what you want, as staff seemed to only be available at the cut station and register. They have a large selection of machines and long arm machines that you can try onsite. Unfortunately, the FQ selection is kind of slim. They also have many different classes and some hard to find notions like very large wooden buttons and different handles for projects. I tried the Whatnot app sale they recommend at the register. Wasn't super in love, but I have a hard time buying fabric I can't see in person. I was impressed with the variety and number of panels available. Will definitely be back!
