Jenny made me feel so beautiful, like always! I only go to her for my spray tans. I am a curvier…read moregirl and Anyone else I've been to the results are streaks and blotchy but Jenny? Never!! 10/10 flawless! Also being curvier she makes me feel so comfortable too as well. She also does my lashes and does a lash lift and tint and I feel so pampered and relaxed while in service as well. She is also the only one I trust to do my brows! Only person I trust!

Please read before you book!!! I am a licensed esthetician…read morein Washington State and booked an Acne Facial + Consultation with Jenny to get another professional's eyes on my skin after previously dealing with minor cystic acne. Don't let the reviews fool you, this experience was completely unprofessional, unethical, and uncomfortable from start to finish. I arrived for my appointment fully aware I had recently been waxed and asked if she could simply avoid my upper lip since hard wax is not nearly the same contraindication as soft wax. She immediately declined and twisted my words into saying I was receiving a "chemical treatment," which I never booked. I booked an acne facial. And as professionals, we know you do not start a first time client on aggressive exfoliation or a chemical treatment anyway. I stayed because of the "+ consultation" portion I had paid a $50 deposit for. In esthetics, a consultation is a conversation and a physical skin assessment under proper lighting and magnification. There was no hands on assessment at all. I was never asked to lie down. My skin was never evaluated. Instead, she went through my current skincare and charged me an additional $30 just to review my products. She appeared irritated that she didn't recognize some of them, looked them up during the appointment, and then pressured three products onto me without ever assessing my skin. She stated that I was "not committing to professional skincare" despite the fact that the line I use, iS Clinical, is a professional grade brand. The interaction became so tense that I ended up purchasing the cleanser simply to ease the situation. Throughout the appointment, she stated that I was "pressing her professional boundaries" simply for asking questions to better understand her reasoning. I am also a licensed professional and equally educated, so asking for clarification should not have been treated as a challenge to her authority. At checkout, I was charged $131 for two consultations and a product despite receiving no facial service and no physical assessment. I was there for less than an hour but billed as if I occupied a full two hour appointment. When I asked for a breakdown, she was offended that I even asked. I was told my $50 deposit went toward a "lifestyle analysis" and "acne education" which consisted of being asked to fill out a 5 page intake form while simultaneously watching a video on acne. Of course I tuned out the video due to the paperwork and that is not a substitute for a real acne consultation. I left teary eyed due to how belittled and uncomfortable I felt. When I calmly tried to speak with her afterward for clarification, I was met with a quick "sorry" before she turned around and walked away. She continued the argument over text and blocked me on all social media. At no point was there an effort to make the situation right or show genuine concern for my experience. I left her business feeling that client care took a back seat to billing, and that my concerns were neither acknowledged nor addressed. I felt talked down to for asking questions, pressured to purchase products that were never even tried on my skin, and ultimately overcharged for what amounted to a conversation. $50 for a "lifestyle analysis," $30 to review my skincare, $38 for a product she forced me to buy and charging me for a two hour block when I was there for less than one. All I got out of her appointment was a conversation. No skin evaluation, no facial. It's disgusting, especially from another professional. I would not be surprised if she's taking advantage of those not knowledgeable in the industry. I truly have never been more disappointed and disrespected. If you're looking for a true consultation, treatment and professional evaluation, you can spend less and receive more from a medical provider. If you're looking for a genuinely kind, ethical and professional esthetician, you should consider your other options.

I called and they apologized and said I would get a refund sent to my bank account on file. Now 14 days later I call to check into it, and the claim it wasn't actually an approved refund.... That they can't refund me and don't have any proof of my account being frozen last month. So instead, they will freeze my account, and put that money as a credit for whenever I choose to have a membership with them again.... Insane. Be sure you have video evidence I suppose that they actually freeze your account when they claim they did to your face.

February 2024 I paid…read morefor a monthly subscription 300 with products mind you. I have attempted to follow for the following months but now I'm being charged an annual fee? For a month to month subscription as well as them stating I cannot cancel the first month? Which makes no sense as this is my renewal period. They also stated I need to come in to cancel which I cannot for personal reasons right now. They will not be able to continue this practice for long as the click to cancel law in Idaho came into affect this year. I enjoyed the time I had at the salon itself and all the employees there were wonderful. But the company is purely trying to gouge money out of costumers. The fact I have to physically make time just to go in to cancel is insane when I have emailed and called numerous times. I'm disappointed in how they are choosing to run this business. Do better.
