First, the girls at all locations are great and clearly understand the concerns I'm about to express. We purchased the Ambassadors Club package to use only the spa services, with occasional spray tans. For weeks, we were told "any day" they would get a new red light machine, which is part of why we chose to get the membership here. Unfortunately, that still hasn't happened a month later. The current red light bed now has 7 of 18 lights burnt out on top and theyve been out for the entire time we've been attending. The massage bed at the Hayden location was broken for two days we came, and the Cda location still has a broken massage bed, which has been broken since the beginning. When you pay for services, you expect them to be in good working order. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, and clearly, they are in no rush to fix them. I emailed corporate, and they ignored my concerns.

I really believe at this point that it would be useless for me to have someone reach out when they already have information that was given to them at the site and through corporate. I really believe it does not matter to them how they treat individuals, and maybe it is due to specifics, which I am believing, I am now understanding. The treatment that I received was not only unprofessional, but unwarranted. I spent a large amount of money at this establishment, in which I shouldn't have to disclose to be treated a certain way. However, if they would've cared, and showed appreciation for their guest, I would've let, what seem to be a technical era pass. But extending something to someone without their asking, and then turning around and making promises was unwarranted, it threw salt in the wound so now I'm not willing to do another personal chat or email as if I am begging for them to be professional.

The massage was the worst part. I specifically asked for firm pressure on my neck and traps, but it felt light and didn't help with the soreness at all. My partner could've given me a better massage at home. I left still sore and so disappointed, especially after spending so much money. I expected way more for that price and wouldn't recommend anyone go there. You can get better service for way less anywhere else in town. Honestly, we were just hoping to spoil ourselves, and I feel so upset that we spent all that money and ended up feeling let down.
