That they can't refund me and don't have any proof of my account being frozen last month. So instead, they will freeze my account, and put that money as a credit for whenever I choose to have a membership with them again.... Insane. Be sure you have video evidence I suppose that they actually freeze your account when they claim they did to your face.

As…read moreannoying as that is in general, the worst part was that no skin prep or elite razor brand or after-shave that I tried would consistently prevent in-grown hairs and rashes, especially on my legs. My brutally honest brother even told me once that he thought it would look better if I just let my hair grow out. Soooo embarrassing...especially in summer when all my friends confidently displayed their perfect golden tans. One day my angel mama told me she wanted to gift me a hair removal package and that I should do some research and go for it. I had been recommended to Venia for general face/acne care by an in-the-know friend, and so I felt comfortable going with them, since Dr Stafford is a true medical doctor and the facility utilizes medical-grade equipment. I decided to do face, underarm and lower legs treatment. I had to shave my chin 2 or 3 times a day, no kidding, if I didn't want a shadow, my underarms same story, and I already shared about my legs. Shelly is the saint that administers this incredibly painful but effective treatment, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service! She communicated well about everything and kindly would ask how I was doing during the treatment and adjust as necessary to what I could handle. She also gave me moisturizer or ice or whatever I needed after the treatment. She is so friendly and we had lots of fun, even deep, talks during the treatment, which really helped keep my mind off of the pain. The results? Well after 7 treatments, my legs are smooth with no rashes and I only have to shave a couple spots on my legs like once a week. I just had the 8th treatment today and I'm hopeful that it is fully gone now! I had equally good results with my underarms after 8 treatments! After 8 treatments, my chin and upper lip are virtually hairless - the only hairs that come in are so light and fine I can't even see them unless I put my face right up to the mirror. And that means something because I am young and have 20/20 vision. ;) Thank you, Venia!! And thank you, Shelly!!! You've changed the way I see myself and I'm reminded every day that I don't have to reach for my razor and wonder if it would look better to go hippie than to flaunt the red razor burn. Lauren has a very calm energy about her that was easy to pick up on and helped me to relax quickly, she also knows a variety of massage techniques that she used throughout my facial that were very enjoyable mixed with the skincare. Bella was very friendly and went above and beyond to do did a great job on my nails. After she had finished I took a little tumble on my way out the door messing up a few of my toes and she was quick to get me back in the chair and get them fixed up. I did not know this until my service was completed. The front desk staff were unable to locate my prepaid gift certificate. The two employees at the front desk tried to assist, but one of them was especially unprofessional throughout the process. In addition, the spa was poorly stocked with the basic necessities. Guest had to leave the locker area and ask staff for towels, and other items because they were not readily available. To make matters worse, I ordered a drink and didn't receive it until after my service was completed, making the order pointless and highlighting the lack of attention to customer service. What was most disappointing was despite all of these issues, I never received a follow-up call from the spa manager to discuss my experience or address my concerns. Overall, the experience was disorganized and disappointing. Between the confusion over my gift certificate, the unprofessional staff, the lack of amenities, and poor service, I will not be returning.

LOVe LOVE LOVE the drive thru..... I hate curbside pickup those poor people have to go outside in the snow in the rain why can't everybody just have a drive-thru?

I had a problem getting it last month, so after I was finally able to get it, I asked them what I would need to do to prevent a repeat. I followed exactly what I was told and same issue. I think one point five stars for a rating is way too high. I even tried to file a complaint with the corporate office. After they took my complaint they directed the pharmacy manager to call me. That didn't turn out so well. This manager needs to lose her job.
