Eventually I tried another med spa and both my filler and Botox worked great and lasted a long time. I have now been to three different med spas who know Renew because they are constantly fixing their mistakes. I look in the mirror at the damage they did and cry. We found her to be rude, short, and at times almost belittling toward my daughter. My mother saw the same provider, and her experience was equally upsetting. She felt that her concerns were dismissed, and some of the comments made during the appointment came across as snarky and disrespectful. Referring to my mother as "old" was especially upsetting and completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and comfortable when discussing their health concerns. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have also noticed that this office seems increasingly focused on spa treatments and facials rather than making patients and their medical concerns the priority. Because of these experiences, we are now looking into finding a different dermatology office for both my daughter and my mother. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, because every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
