I really appreciate her approach to care, and the way that she's willing to discuss things and research things really helps make decisions. The office itself is quite nice, I don't know anything about the spa. The staff here is all friendly. And the medical assistance all seem very professional and are also very good at their jobs. I have had some issues with the billing department, working with my insurance. But I think that that's pretty standard for a doctor's office especially a specialist. I went to another plastic surgeon who said I was indeed correct, and it was placed too shallow causing Tyndale. He removed all filler with hyaluronidase and all discoloration went away. The service was not good, unsure if Dr or staff, but should have tried to make their customer happy (especially considering I turned out to be correct and placement was wrong).
