We found her to be rude, short, and at times almost belittling toward my daughter. My mother saw the same provider, and her experience was equally upsetting. She felt that her concerns were dismissed, and some of the comments made during the appointment came across as snarky and disrespectful. Referring to my mother as "old" was especially upsetting and completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and comfortable when discussing their health concerns. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We have also noticed that this office seems increasingly focused on spa treatments and facials rather than making patients and their medical concerns the priority. Because of these experiences, we are now looking into finding a different dermatology office for both my daughter and my mother. I went to another plastic surgeon who said I was indeed correct, and it was placed too shallow causing Tyndale. He removed all filler with hyaluronidase and all discoloration went away. The service was not good, unsure if Dr or staff, but should have tried to make their customer happy (especially considering I turned out to be correct and placement was wrong).

The laser hair removal like a pin prick doesn't hurt not really it's more of an annoying feeling but definitely worth it considering it only takes minutes. As for the comments about charging you for rescheduling your appointment. It wasn't true for my case I had to reschedule for the following week and was not charged.
