I can't imagine why I would be charged service that was never rendered when I've called multiple times to the and told them that we no longer live in the region yet they continue to charge me on a monthly basis. I am going to report this to the as well as I was unable to resolve this issue with the business. I would warn you to be very careful about letting them get any of your electronic card information.

I have hEDS (Ehlers Danlos Hypermobility type) and as she had prior experience with this condition, was able to advise me on what size, placement, and aftercare would be possible and expected. In addition to this her eye for detail is impeccable. In prior consultations (which I recommend for anyone undertaking this process--something Dr. KKW advises on doing as well) I was condescended to for having conducted my own research and for bringing my husband along for such a huge procedure and decision making process, but not with Dr. KKW. She was attentive, enthusiastic, understanding and came prepared with similar references for my body and genetic condition. I could not have had a better experience. From her office staff, the care coordinator Shayna, to the nurses and anesthesiologist who took care of me on the day of surgery, everyone was friendly, accommodating, informative, and thorough. If I ever have to revise my results years down the line (an unlikely event given her level of care and work) I will absolutely seek her out again. I honestly would love to include my before and afters but would probably have my review taken down, so take my word for it, my results are natural and every bit what I wanted.

Ectremely competent, and caring, She has done a coupole of biopsies of my scalp 0 most recently found carcinoma in situ and I had a Mohs Procedure VERY skillfully done by Dr. Baird. Can't say enough good things about him. Mara has removed DOZENS of suspicious lesions from my scalp (I am bald) by freezing with nitrogen. Very professional and reassuring. I addressed my concerns with Dr Stiller and he agreed to another surgery to make the breasts the same size. I didn't want to have the surgery again! After the second surgery, but again my breasts were uneven! I don't want to go through another surgery, so I am going to have to live with uneven BREASTS once again! I was also left with a horrible scar under my left breast! I do not recommend Dr Stiller!! I also decided that I wanted to do micro-needling done on my face to even out my complexion. OMG! It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Following my procedure, my face looked like a road map with the pigment uneven with spots all over it. I shouldn't have had it done. The esthetician's room was very dirty and gross! I went to my Dermatologist, and he is helping me with my complexion which takes several months to even out my skin tone!! My Boyfriend went to Dr Stiller's esthetician to help with his Rosacea. She recommended several expensive lotions that did nothing and his Rosacea was worse than ever! My procedures with Dr. Johnson and staff have included Dysport, co2 laser, fillers in my hands and face and laser treatments for brown spots. I also live in Scottsdale, AZ. Unfortunately, I've had a few horrible experiences with Dysport that was incorrectly injected. I have one crazy eyebrow that raises a lot higher than the other (Spock eyebrow). Dr. Johnson always corrects this and my results are perfect.

After my second visit, I quickly noticed that "bruising" look didn't go away. It appeared to be the Tyndal effect. I called the office several times wanting it fixed or to have the filler removed. They refused and argued I was incorrect. They insisted after seeing pictures that it was discoloration from bruising. After several months, it didn't go away. I went to another plastic surgeon who said I was indeed correct, and it was placed too shallow causing Tyndale. He removed all filler with hyaluronidase and all discoloration went away. The service was not good, unsure if Dr or staff, but should have tried to make their customer happy (especially considering I turned out to be correct and placement was wrong).

When I moved to the area I had to find a new dermatologist and settled on Dr Townsend at North Idaho dermatology. I couldn't be more happy about that decision. I really appreciate her approach to care, and the way that she's willing to discuss things and research things really helps make decisions. The office itself is quite nice, I don't know anything about the spa. The staff here is all friendly. And the medical assistance all seem very professional and are also very good at their jobs. I have had some issues with the billing department, working with my insurance. But I think that that's pretty standard for a doctor's office especially a specialist. So again, I don't know anything about any of the other doctors but I really appreciate working with Dr Townsend.

I trusted Dr. Morimoto to redo my breast augmentation. My first surgery had been done 15 years…read moreearlier in Florida by Dr. Messa, and I was ready to go a size bigger. I knew I wanted silicone implants, fullness at the top, and for them to sit close together--just like they were before nursing my kids. Dr. Morimoto seemed confident in her ability, and after waiting and saving for years, I was excited. After surgery, I couldn't wait to see the results. But when I was finally allowed to unwrap them, I was heartbroken. They didn't look any bigger than before, and I knew they were still swollen. My right breast was also black and blue. I called the office, and Dr. Morimoto told me she could redo them--for almost another $5,000. I felt stuck. If I went somewhere else, I'd have to pay the full price all over again. At the time, I was actively competing in bodybuilding, and most other doctors wouldn't even see me for at least six months to allow for healing. Dr. Morimoto said it would be better to go back in quickly, before scar tissue formed. After several conversations, I agreed to have her redo them and paid the additional $2,800 we had agreed upon. But on the morning of the surgery, I got an email from her office saying I wouldn't be happy with the outcome. I panicked. Just hours before surgery, I spoke with Dr. Morimoto again, expressing all of my concerns and asking why I received that message. She reassured both me and my husband, swearing she understood what I wanted and could deliver those results. I went through with the second surgery--and I wish I never had. Yes, they were bigger. But they were heavy and saggy, and I ended up with stretch marks near my armpits. My breasts looked like "rocks in a sock." My nipples pointed in different directions, and I felt like Sid from Ice Age. I even had a nightmare about it. I know that may sound silly, but I had put so much time, money, and effort into my body. I was devastated. My husband was so kind through all of it. We scheduled a video consult with Dr. Messa--the same surgeon who did my original procedure in Florida. I had wanted to go back to him in the first place, but traveling for surgery was difficult and expensive. After many conversations with my husband, we decided it was worth it. I flew to Florida for surgery, and the difference was unbelievable. My results are beautiful.
