By the time I went to see Dr. Stiller, I had had several consultations in my area for the reconstruction of my right breast. I had been told by other surgeons that all that could be done in order for me to have a breast on my right side, would be to do "flap reconstruction" because I didn't have much breast tissue left due to too many surgeries to the right breast. This would've entailed one week of hospitalization and about $100,000. that I would never be able to afford, and my health insurance wouldn't cover it because it wasn't medically necessary. I was so discouraged and figured I would just have to spend the rest of my life with only one breast. I then found Dr. Stiller. Dr. Stiller was very pleasant, helpful, answered all my questions, and his staff is unbelievably kind and attentive. Dr. Stiller, said he could reconstruct my breast with a small breast implant and fat grafting. I left his office that day full of hope. Dr. Stiller is not only a very talented surgeon, but he is also an artist. I have had two successful surgeries. First, I had a tummy tuck with liposuction, breast revision with lift (left breast), and breast augmentation (right breast; for the second surgery Dr. Stiller suggested I wait 3 months after the first surgery to allow the tissue to heal before doing fat transplant to the right breast to complete reconstruction. Dr. Stiller and his staff are unbelievably wonderful, informative and extremely caring. Recovery after my second surgery a week ago, is going well for me, no problems whatsoever. Not only did I have reconstructive surgery to my breast, but I now have an hourglass figure, that allows me to wear anything with much confidence! absolutely recommend Dr. Stiller! He is truly an artist, and I will definitely return to him in the future if I want or need another procedure. I went to Dr Stiller to replace my old breast implants. After the surgery my breasts were uneven. With one larger than the other. I was so disappointed! I addressed my concerns with Dr Stiller and he agreed to another surgery to make the breasts the same size. I didn't want to have the surgery again! After the second surgery, but again my breasts were uneven! I don't want to go through another surgery, so I am going to have to live with uneven BREASTS once again! I was also left with a horrible scar under my left breast! I do not recommend Dr Stiller!! I also decided that I wanted to do micro-needling done on my face to even out my complexion. OMG! It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Following my procedure, my face looked like a road map with the pigment uneven with spots all over it. I shouldn't have had it done. The esthetician's room was very dirty and gross! I went to my Dermatologist, and he is helping me with my complexion which takes several months to even out my skin tone!! My Boyfriend went to Dr Stiller's esthetician to help with his Rosacea. She recommended several expensive lotions that did nothing and his Rosacea was worse than ever! I am writing this to warn others about a severe breakdown in communication and professionalism at this practice. I was transparent with the staff from the beginning about my specific situation. They confirmed multiple times that I was a candidate for a consult, had me send all my prior surgical records, and booked the appointment. After a five-hour drive, I was met with hostility and confusion from the doctor himself, who refused to see me. To be misled by his team and then treated with such disrespect was a devastating experience. I felt set up and dismissed. Premera Blue Cross sent Stiller a payment for a service I had paid in full for last year, so Stiller can issue a refund. I have now been 'working' with Nathan refunding me since July of this year, but to date have not gotten a check. Premera is now involved in working with Stiller on getting me a refund. This is beyond unprofessional and I would recommend people stay away from an office that can't process a simple refund. read more

I had to opt for a professional, since Mr. Stiller and his staff were unprofessional in handling my appointments, for 5 years. Just don't trust this Kobra Kai, Wannabe. I had spoke to my attorney before I would make notation on here with the statement that I would like to mention. I highly recommend that before you see Stiller Aesthetics that you do some major research and ratings on each doctor who performs surgeries. The next thing is keep track of all records and statements that they're giving to you because they can change that without your knowledge. Like what happened to me they had given me two page of paper of three things that I needed to be have done EKG vitals and weights. And make sure that they do not change that behind your back or talk to a third party doctor who is not your doctor. Like myself who does not want me to have a procedure they had listened to them which case destroyed the surgery schedule. Another thing keep track of records so your attorney has proof of these in which case I have kept track of everything. I will not give names out but there's been three of their employees with very bad patient manners to their patients and I have been reading about that I wish I had looked into this before I had started the process. I highly recommend that you keep looking at different surgeons before you go on with the person that you want to have the surgery done. Please take my advice and keep looking at different surgeons even if it's out of state or somewhere else in a different country. For myself I am running for governor of Washington State and there are people who are not wanting me to run for governor and they are destroying me and I cannot discuss who they are what they have done but I highly recommend to protect yourself and do your research of who you want to have the surgery done. read more

I had my breast augmentation surgery and everything went Amazing with Dr. Geoffrey Stiller, the cosmetic surgeon. Dr. Stiller did a wonderful job!!!! If I could, I would post a picture of my breast augmentation here, but obviously I cannot do that due to google regulations. lol. As a transgender MTF individual, I was very worried about what my results would look like. They look amazing and as natural as possible! Dr. Stiller truly does care about this patients and the way they look. He is there to help address all of your concerns, and even provides you with his personal cell phone number after surgery and asks you to call him anytime that you have the slightest concern. He is VERY precise with details and wants to do the best job possible for his patients while also remaining realistic about outcomes. When I met Dr. Stiller on 1/4/2022 he was the fourth surgeon I met with. Dr. Stiller was personable, professional, kind and confident. This is why I ended up choosing and trusting him as the provider for my breast augmentation I have wanted this surgery for close to a decade and did extensive research. I was nervous about my implant section because I did not want them to look overly augmented or have a large gap. I spent weeks overthinking it and asking all the questions I could possibly think of. Dr. Stiller's sizing process was challenging for me. It consisted of me trying on implants in a surgical bra that obscured the view of everything but the projection. I liked the projection of the 240-255 cc implant, but I was worried the width of them would be too small for my chest and would leave a large gap. I explained my worry and asked if he could measure my width. Dr. Stiller measured my width at 11.5 and said any of the sizes I was looking at (240-255cc) would work great. Dr. Stiller patiently reassured at every appointment that the sizes I was looking at would not leave a large gap. He even went as far as to show me another patient's great outcome and saying "This is what you'll look like but bigger" - this alleviated almost all of my pre operation anxiety and made me feel confident going in. Just to be safe I went with 275 cc. Day 3 Post operation I saw my chest for the first time and was so disheartened to see that not only were the implants far apart but they were sitting low. When I voiced my concerns Dr. Stiller at one week post operation told me I looked perfect and to give it time. At my 3-month appointment the gap was wider and they were lower. Dr. Stiller stated I would need to go up in size significantly to get the width of the implant closer to 15cm to close the gap and then had me quoted $9,450 for a revision. He flipped the switch when I expressed it wasn't fair for me to pay $9,450 for a revision when my goals never changed and he assured me pre operation I would get the outcome I already paid thousands of dollars for. After going back and forth with (very caring and great) staff who were just relaying the message that Dr. Stiller said the price was firm, because he had advised me differently. At this point I requested an in-person appointment to talk to him because I was sure this was a misunderstanding; he would surely remember all the conversations we had pre operation. At this appointment Dr. Stiller told me it was my financial responsibility because I ultimately chose the implant size. He told me I was "misremembering" and that everything was "heavily documented" and I was advised differently. I also brought up that they were inserted low. He began to deny it, so I pulled up an image and he agreed to fix it. I felt relief because even though the gap would remain at least they wouldn't be bottomed out. I was told the office would be contacting me. After over 3 months of not hearing back I reached out to the front desk as well as emailed. I was told they sent a message to the cosmetic consult. It has been over two weeks and still no contact. I want to be clear that I do not have any animosity toward the support staff, if anything they have been the best part of my experience. I have no doubt they are simply following Dr. Stiller's instructions. I put my trust into him and felt good about my implant choice because of his feedback as the professional just to have it thrown back in my face and be made out to be a fabricator and liar. At this point I have made peace with the whole situation because with everything going on in the world, I am fortunate enough to be my concerned with the outcome of a cosmetic procedure and not a life threatening issue. I advise future patients to document everything for your protection and ask about the policy of a revision should the outcome differ from what you discussed. Best of luck!! read more

I'm not sure why the ratings are so much better than what they should be in my opinion. I'm not new to elective procedures, however I'm new to Washington. Last year I went in for a consult and unfortunately made the mistake to not seek multiple consultations. My procedure and surgery were completed. I've been lopsided since, was originally told this was most likely swelling, however one year later it still is not correct, and my chest looks like it had a stroke. Additionally, my abdomen has what appears to be a hot dog shape of fat that was left behind, below my belly button. At my 6-month appointment, they were running behind by 45 min and I was in the middle of my work day and had to reschedule for the following week. The following week, they were running more than 45 min behind. The office charges a fee for cancelations, however apparently, it's completely acceptable to keep a patient waiting for almost an hour for a 5-10 min meeting. Every interaction was rude and there was zero consideration for my time spent. I'm now paying full price for a new procedure by another office to correct the mistakes made by this practice. Do yourself a favor, ask around and seek multiple consultations. read more
