So I asked a bunch of places and this was recommended to me by a friend. She actually recommended Susan and it turns out she had the day off but some freedom to do a late night tattoo! We picked 9pm and she did an incredible job. Not only is this where we got underage belly piercings in high school but now this spot is a state of the art clean and sanitary shop that I cannot wait to come back to. Susan's room is the room we used to get our piercings in, talk about nostalgia! We got matching monstera tattoos on our feet and again Susan did an amazing job. Her artistic skills are incredible. Her bedside manner and her hilarious stories were amazing too. The tattoo was not at all too painful and the work turned out beautifully. I am so thankful for how accommodating this situation was! I look fine to start with but after the procedure, I look like a monster, I asked them to fix it many times. The filler underneath my eyes and cheeks are still there, and it has deformed my lip. I asked him to remove my fillers and they keep on switching days to this point. I have not gotten a call from them to remove the rest of it. The Botox made me look scary. When requesting a refund the owner never returned calls. We were able to dispute the charge and get it reversed but then the company owner charged my wife again without an authorization. We have disputed the charges and have canceled credit cards. The owner has sent out an email stating she was having scheduling problems and would get people scheduled as soon as she could. This was in September in 2022. To this date she has not attempted to resolve this situation. Please avoid this company at all cost.
