I was also especially impressed with how Jennifer handled a woman that came in while I was there for my eyebrows. The woman came in yelling about not being happy with her eyebrows and Jennifer remained calm explained that she has tried to make things right with her including touch ups but the woman was still not happy. Jennifer then tried to hand her money offing her a partial refund but the woman screamed she didn't want charity and refused the money. I don't know that anything could have made her happy. I did see her eyebrows and honestly didn't understand why she was upset but Jennifer remained calm and continued to try and make things right. After the woman finally left.
