I was also especially impressed with how Jennifer handled a woman that came in while I was there for my eyebrows. The woman came in yelling about not being happy with her eyebrows and Jennifer remained calm explained that she has tried to make things right with her including touch ups but the woman was still not happy. Jennifer then tried to hand her money offing her a partial refund but the woman screamed she didn't want charity and refused the money. I don't know that anything could have made her happy. I did see her eyebrows and honestly didn't understand why she was upset but Jennifer remained calm and continued to try and make things right. After the woman finally left. All 5 facial tanner bulbs were out and 6 of the 20 top bulbs were out. When I came out I had the receptionist check to make sure they were out and she confirmed. I requested a refund of my $140 and they said someone would call me. 4 days past and I had to call back before someone finally called me. They refused to refund my purchase and said that the face bulbs were on order and would arrive in 7-10 days and I should just scoot down and use the bed bulbs. Clearly they do not upkeep the beds as needed to charge those kinds of fees. This is very disappointing in the way they run their business. Do not waste your money! Find a salon that has good customer service and quality service and equipment!

Over the last couple years, I've unfortunately developed an allergy to the glue. It has nothing to do with the place/products, just something that can develop, unfortunately. Alyssa does my fills and she's been more than amazing ensuring that sensitive products are used to minimize/stop the reactions. I have a crazy work schedule as well and she's been so accommodating of my time, too. The shop is always immaculate and my preferences are listened to by the staff. Alyssa takes her time to do a detailed job and I never lose lashes because they're not adhered properly (they always shed with my REAL lash as they're intended to; you just have to do your part in taking care of them!) Now that we're in Phase 2 of reopening, they're going above and beyond to protect themselves and their clientele which makes me feel safe/responsible going back into my routine. Highly recommend!
