HANNAH BOWLES. My girl always gets me right. She is a hair WIZARD. No matter the style I bring her she does an amazing job!! I leave her chair feeling so beautiful and happy. Hannah is always honest about what she thinks can be achieved and when you ask for her opinion she will also set realistic expectations. She listens to your concerns and only cuts what requested. I've had hairstylist in the past just cut what the *think* should be chopped but Hannah does what you ask for. I asked to keep my length while also considering that I needed split ends removed and Hannah let me know what that would look like so I opted to have a health chop along with the cut I wanted - a jelly fish cut :) Hannah makes my hair dreams come true:) read more

I went in for the first time on Wednesday for an all-over color. I found Hannah through instagram and told her I wanted emerald green hair. The results exceeded all expectations! Hannah is really great at color and worked really hard to find the right blend that would transfer well onto my hair in its lightened form. She even made some extra color to put into a conditioner treatment that I could buy to maintain my hair's vibrant hue! It turned out so so well! And I was able to read a bit while processing. The whole vibe of the salon was very warm and friendly. We were all spaced out and there were big mirrors and plants everywhere that just made the place feel super chic. The best part of the treatment was definitely the sink to rinse. They have a head rest! I felt like I was on a cloud while she was washing my hair! No more pain in the neck from the large rim on typical rinse bowls! I seriously never want to go anywhere without a head rest now. The owner, Jill, was also there and engaging, and really knew her stuff. Hannah is crazy talented at fun colors and she still wanted to run it by Jill as an expert. The whole vibe and staff was super friendly and I would be happy to make this my go-to salon for the foreseeable future!! Note for Fall 2020: There was a 20% discount for students! Walked in with long blonde hair. First they turned me grey, I looked so old. Gave it another shot, asked for a correction, gave me dark purplish streaks and was still quite darker than the picture I'd shown. $300 to still not get what I want, I request someone else and am recommended to wait before doing another color so I don't fry my hair off. Sure, sounds reasonable, so I ask for layers. I'm given a shag. I've lost 4-5 inches. I have a weird streaky dark shag now. Cried all the way home. I visited the salon this weekend for the first time and had one of the best experiences at a salon from the front desk to the stylist. I was given a tour when I arrived. I had my hair cut and Sykes by Kenzie and she did a fantastic job. Asked questions about what I like and don't like about my hair, asked what I wanted to do and was just an all around pleasant human. I went in for a Brazilian with Annie and she was amazing! I have been waxed many times before, but it has been years since I've recently waxed. She was wonderful- she walked me through every part of the service and gave me some great advice proper after care. I would recommend her to both newbies and seasoned waxers alike. I have been going to Incognito ever since I moved back to Spokane a few years ago. I have had Kenzie doing my hair from the start. I have always had long hair so when I have gone in, Kenzie just trims me up to keep it healthy. Today I decided to cut it short and Kenzie had her A game on. She is not only a stylist, but also a trained barber and her skills were on display today. Watching her work reinforced what I already knew. As long as I'm breathing, Kenzie will be doing my hair. I can't rave enough about this place and the stylist I found today! When I called to schedule a last minute/day of appointment the woman that answered the phone and scheduled me was very knowledgeable and so, so kind. When I got there I had trouble finding the building and woman that answered (I think her name was Katie) came outside to the street to help me find it! I got inside and was greeted SO kindly. The salon was super clean and cozy! I was scheduled with Crystal and OMG she was amazing!!! Helped me figure out a goal color, explained prices in advance and was the most friendly stylist I've ever met. She listened to every request and even offered ideas and was just super helpful all the way around. She took her time with everything and it never felt like she was rushing. She kept good conversation flowing and it didn't feel weird or awkward as it sometimes can when you're meeting a new stylist. My favorite part was the hair wash after color. She gave me a scalp massage and even did a hot towel! Top notch service!! The whole experience deserves more than 5 stars and I will definitely be back! The receptionist, Katie, was incredibly kind and helpful. She brightened my whole day!
