My boyfriend surprised me with a mani pedi with Michelle for Valentine's day ‌:)‌ I've never had a pedicure and I've only ever had nails professionally done once, many years ago, so I was sorta nervous (especially about my feet) but she made me feel super comfy and gave me nice straight forward directions on what I needed to do (I'm autistic so I VERY much appreciated that). This was meant to be a one off treat for the occasion but my boyfriend and I are talking about it maybe becoming a semi regular thing !! read more

I have had pedicures and massages here, and they were all fantastic. It's on a somewhat creepy block, but the door is always locked (i have gone on the weekend) and they give a code to get in. Everyone has been nice, professional, and I was happy with the results. read more

Had a great experience here! After having a poor experience at a different nail salon, I came to Pure Boutique Spa for my wedding day nails. Adriel was so friendly, made wonderful suggestions, and did a great job!! You can tell she takes pride in her work. I will definitely be coming back read more

Michelle did an amazing job! She was sweet, conscientious, professional and kind. My toes look great! One of the best pedicures I've ever had. The atmosphere is calm and soothing and she doesn't make you feel rushed. The salon is two hours away from my home but I'll definitely be back. read more

My hotel spa was booked and I am SO glad they were because otherwise I wouldn't have found Pure, and Kathryn. If there were 10 stars and diamonds that is what I would give her. I had an 85 minute massage that was PURE BLISS. Kathryn's magical technique, was relaxing, therapeutic, and rejuvenating. Everything about her and her professionalism was top notch. Do yourself a favor and book a massage with her. I promise you won't regret it. The reasonable prices were icing on the cake and make it's very easy to give the generous tip that she deserves! read more

Beautiful store ,helpful staff, accomplished our goal.Nice to support a family business

Wonderful massages from Katherine! Wow! I've been having massages my whole life, and she is one of the best I've experienced. She is very good at what she does She makes crunchies go away and is not afraid to go deep if you request it. I find it very difficult to leave the room afterward because my body is like Jell-O; I must fight falling to sleep. She went beyond the call of duty recently when I fell on the way to the appointment: she bandaged my scraped-up knee. (Also, the sounds she plays are quiet & truly relaxing, nothing weird or new agey-distracting.) read more

If I could give zero stars I would, the one star is for the cleanliness of the facility. I said I wasn't going to post a review, I just wouldn't go back but after 3 days and $165 I am very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment with Julie at 11am for a spa gel mani and pedi for $125. I was on time and the pedicure bowl was waiting for me. I sat for the pedicure and she began the services. She wasn't talkative but that was fine I was on a webinar call so it didn't bother me at first. I was watching how uncomfortably she was holding the cuticle cutter so I knew I wasn't going to be thrilled with this pedicure. I'm looking at all the dry skin that's still around my nail beds as well as the side of my big toes. I asked her to trim more skin and she responded "I think I got it all because I did it already but I will get some more." I explained how the skin grows over my nail bed and she proceeded to take a tool and pass it over the surface of my skin saying she didn't see anything. (I have pictures and videos from the next day, awful!) It's time for the hot towel and she shakes the towel so much that it is cool when applied to my legs. She asks me if it's too hot and I respond it's not hot at all; no effort was made to get another towel nor did she give a reason why she would wrap and leave a cool towel. Almost 2 hours later, we start the nail service and she tells me, I don't usually deal with acrylic so I will have to charge you more to soak it off. I said fine because most places do charge and extra $5-10 to soak off acrylic nails. She charged me $40 extra and did NOT tell me until it was time to pay for the service! And let's NOT forget that she did not properly soak off the acrylic. There were still piles on ALL my nails. When I bought this to her attention before she painted them, she said it shouldn't be a problem or look weird because she would seal it nicely. My nails have GLOBS of gel polish, so uneven, and unsatisfactory! I am from Louisiana and have been getting gel manis and pedis for the last 16-17 years so I am very aware of what they should look like after. This was the most expensive gel mani and pedi I have ever paid for and by far the worst! $165 no tips, no designs, no acrylic, no dip, just a very dissatisfying experience. read more

Great pedicures here! So much attention to detail. Scrub and buff between the toes. Calm atmosphere. A great place to spend an hour or two being pampered. Loved it! read more

I had a gel manicure and pedicure and it was a great experience. Adriel's attention to detail is incredible. The thoughtfulness she puts into her craft is so impressive. She's an artist. I seldom leave reviews, but Adriel deserves all the adoration. Can't recommend enough. read more

I had the best deep tissue massage by Kathryn yesterday. It can be difficult to find someone that really does a great job. Her technique is perfect. She was able to work out all of the areas that were causing me pain. Even though I'm from out of state, and only here for another week, I've already booked another appointment with her! read more

I go to Pure about once or twice a month and have been for the last year. I exclusively see one girl -- Alex. She has done both my gel manicure and pedicure with patience and a detail-oriented eye. She has made sure to capture my wishes and listen to my ideas, even if they are a little goofy. I absolutely love what I leave the salon with every single time. Alex is an amazing professional and sets up my appointment in advance with reminders in between. She is always on time yet has been gracious enough to forgive my occasional lateness and re-scheduling with little issue. I have never had another service done at this Spa, although I see very happy customers every time. It's only Alex's work that brings me back again and again. Highly recommend Alex's work and service to any person, new or experienced at the nail game! read more

I have been here a few times for brow waxes, and it's always a great experience. I have been waxed by both Carole and Brianna, and they were both funny, professional, and skilled at their work. They are also super understanding. When a meeting with my boss went late and I had to reschedule at the time of my appointment, they got me in for later in the day without a penalty or chastising me. The salon is also super cute. Aesthetics are important! read more

Brianna is the woman to see for all waxing needs! After moving to Spokane from the Bay Area I was disappointed with the limited number of waxing salons, Spokane has not caught on to the amazing-ness that waxing is. After trying a few different places in Spokane I stumbled upon Pure, specifically Brianna. She was a game changer! Probably the best wax I have gotten both in Spokane and the Bay Area. Her prices are great, she is loyal o returning customers, is flexible if I need to text her for an appointment change, and is good at her job. She uses a great wax, which makes a huge difference, and she knows how to use the wax in a way which reduces the pain. During the process she provides great conversation and remembers things that I have told her from the previous session. She is also honest. I prefer to go 4-5 weeks between waxes, but she insisted that I would be wasting money and I would get a better wax if I waited 5-6 weeks. Even though that time frame would put me at the outer edge of the time frame for a clean up, she still only charges me the cleanup price. Although it took me awhile to find Brianna, I will not be trying to find a new person for all my waxing needs, Brianna is stuck with me. Give her a try and you will not be disappointed! read more

I had my nails done by Candise. I can't say enough great things! I'm new to nail art versus regular one color nail jobs and this was an experience that will have me coming back every two weeks for more! This time I choose what I wanted regarding my nails but I caught sight of her many displays of her work and I already what to try half of them! She is incredibly talented and very sweet and now I'll never be going back to a mass nail salon when I know I can have such a great personalized experience with a true nail artist! read more

I have been here several times so I can definitely write a review lol. I have seen Carole for a Brazilian and she does a great job. I can't say it's not painful, but with her it's not so bad. She tries to keep you occupied with conversations to make the process seem faster. It usually takes about 15 min total. I had Kathryn do a deep tissue massage. She did an amazing job (I almost fell asleep from the leg massage part, I was too relaxed haha). She also informs you that she can adjust if you want more or less pressure. But I'm really glad she took my knots out, with my problem area being my neck and shoulders. So yeah, try them out :). Those are the only services I've tried by far. read more

Carole is so amazing! She is friendly, professional, and thorough. I am a huge baby when it comes to waxing but she gets the job done quickly and is very encouraging -- I've had experiences at other places where the waxer has actually gotten mad at me for being nervous about the pain. I also like the combination that she uses of hard and soft wax. Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment with her on short notice because she books out in advance, probably because she is so great! So my advice would be to book a week or so early if you have schedule constraints. She also offers online scheduling which is super convenient and user friendly. The facility is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. I have always been in and out within 10-15 minutes. Would not go anywhere else in Spokane but to Carole! read more

I am a client of Gemmina & recently Candice. They do an amazing job. I have been going to Gemmina for about 7 years. She is the sweetest. Candice is relatively new at Pure. She also does a great job and is very conscientious. They use quality products, and an LED light for gel polish. My gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks. read more

Alex is great at gel manicures and pedicures! Went almost three weeks with no chipping!! Excited to continue to go to get!!

I decided to try a new place to get my eyebrows waxed because the place I was getting them done was just too expensive. I was pleasantly surprised that the salon looked very professional and Carole herself did a great job. I plan to make this my regular salon for brows. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great place for waxing services. read more

I love Pure Salon & Spa! I have been going to Carole for all my waxing needs for almost a decade. She is always on time, super professional, and quick! I always come here to get my Brazilians done. You have to book an appointment ahead of time, some times I call the day of and they usually have an open spot to take you in. Brianna is extremely professional, I always ask for her. She's fun and will talk to you throughout the entire process. She makes it almost painless with the conversations and how casual she is! Love Brianna, love how clean and modern the place is, love the price! Haven't tried their other services but I definitely will soon. read more

I've been to this place many times over the years, even when it was first starting. Always had great service in a very tranquil atmosphere--cant wait to go back! Excellent first time experience! I had read a bunch of reviews and finally decided Carole was the woman to see! You need a password to get into the building but I felt completely safe walking from my car to the salon. Walked inside, was greeted by some soft music and had a cup of coffee while I waited for Carole to finish up with her previous appointment. Cute place! I was a little nervous at first but Carole just talked to me like staring at someone's hairy you know what was nothing to her so it wasn't awkward at all for me. I got a full Brazilian so I was prepared to really feel it but it honestly wasn't anything I couldn't handle. She hits the major spots first so there was a little jumping but the appointment went very smoothly! Plus there's this almond oil you rub all over after and let me just say I am soooo smooth it's ridiculous. I don't know if it's the oil or waxing itself but I honestly don't want to go back to shaving now lol. And I feel so clean! I love it. Great price ($50) compared to other salons in the area and she offers a clean up for $45 if you come back in 4-6 weeks. I was in and out in 20 minutes by the time I laid down on the table and walked out to my car. Thank you, Carole!!! Will definitely come back and try other services read more

What a beautiful gem intimately tucked away. I had booked an appointment for my very first Brazilian to get ready for a very special weekend. The date I had thought I booked was a few days prior. I arrived for my appointment and discovered that I had accidentally set the appointment for the following Monday! In a panic, I asked if there was any way I could be squeezed in, as this was the only day I would be able to have this done. Carole informed me that she was actually just leaving to head out of town. She must have seen the sadness in my eyes because she promptly said "you know what? Let's do this!" I was shocked and oh so very grateful! Not only did she make time for me to make my special weekend perfect, but she was so very kind and walked my terrified self through everything. The five stars earned by this establishment are well deserved. I will be returning as a regular and spreading the word. The prices are perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming and the spa is beautiful. Look no further ladies. This is absolutely the only spa you need, and bring your friends while you are at it. You will not be disappointed!! read more

Cute and clean salon. So glad I found this place! Carole does an amazing job for waxes! I don't go to anyone else but her :)

I will never go anywhere else again for my nails or my waxing! I have been getting my nails done with Candise for almost a year and just started getting waxed here a couple of months ago. I am so glad I made the transition over to Pure Salon & Spa with Brianna. She not only is hilarious and personable, but she does an outstanding job! She makes you feel extremely comfortable and I no longer get ingrown hairs from waxing! I have sensitive skin and she knows exactly how to treat it and what type of home remedies I can try. She is extremely knowledgeable and flexible. I had a tough time finding salons that worked with my schedule and she always caters to what is most convenient for me.
