I had a wonderful hydrating facial and derma-plane with Chelsey in the Spring. The space is absolutely beautiful, light and had a soft sweet color palette. Chelsey was very kind, calming and knowledgable. The facial space was cozy and warm. This is the nicest spa like environment I have found in Spokane. I really enjoyed my facial and the results. This might ruffle some feathers but I personally wouldn't go back to crafted. I'm 32 and really don't have that many problem areas on my face just my forehead and minimal wrinkling in 11s. The first few times I got Botox (not from crafted) I received 36 units and was so thrilled with my results. When I chose to go to crafted because it was much closer I was excited because they are highly reviewed. My wrinkles were not really showing yet because it was three months on the dot but for some reason they said I needed 55 units. 55 UNITS. I was honestly shocked when I was told that. There is no way. Whatever it happened I paid and still looked good. Fast forward, two and half months and my forehead was a mess somehow my wrinkles were already showing. 55 units and my wrinkles are showing there is just no way. I genuinely feel like I was taken advantage of because it doesn't make sense. Anyways I decided to not go there again for the above reasoning. I'm at Valley dermatology now. When I told her how many units crafted put in my face she was absolutely shocked and confused. You couldn't even tell I had Botox 3 months ago. So, she said I didn't need anymore than 31 units, so that's what I got. My face looks great literally the same and not a wrinkle in sight. read more

Absolute violation of privacy. Had my personal information including nature of appointment, time and date sent to someone else which happened to be someone I know. Am disgusted with this violation of my personal information/privacy. I was told that because it's "not medical" it isn't a violation of hipaa. Last I checked PHI is covered by HIPPA and this most definitely is a violation. Regardless, I can't imagine having the audacity to say that to someone in this situation. I had only ever gotten one facial in my life before coming to Crafted, so I was a bit nervous. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the warm and welcoming staff at the front desk. Jules called me back for my hydrafacial shortly after and made my feel completely comfortable during my entire appointment. I had made a reservation for a facial that was supposed to be 90 minutes long for $145. It took a long time to get a Saturday appointment for the facial I wanted, and by the time my appointment had arrived, the price went up to $165 and was reduced to 75 minutes, according to the website. I was never notified of this by the staff before my facial. And to top it off, it didn't even last 75 minutes, but 60 which included the time it took for me to change out of my clothes, get dressed in the facial garb and on the table. The facial was good but the whole experience was a disappointment. I definitely do not feel I got my money's worth and do not plan to go back. read more

I do not recommend a virtual skincare consultation. The products recommended were too strong for my skin, turning my issue of a few spots of hyperpigmentation into literally 12 spots of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation caused by the new products. I'm well aware of purging but this level was not expected. Not only were the products super expensive but it also cost me my self esteem... Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of skincare and she was very sweet but I would only do an in-person consultation for most accurate recommendations. read more

Oh boy. Where do I even begin. Well first, I will not be back. I went in hoping to find a new local place since advance aesthetic is no longer in Spokane. So I go in and I tell the girl I want 20 units of dysport in my forehead to take care of my forehead line. She feeds me all kinds of crap about the "FDA approved dose is at least 25" (basically just wanting to sell me more) she said this a thousand times even after I told her Dr. Kevin always only put 20 units in my forehead and it took care of my line for 4 months. She blew past that fact over and over. So finally she convinced me that putting 25 units in between my eyebrows would make all my dreams come true even though I told her I don't mind the ability to squint my eyebrows. She said "yea but it will kill two birds with one stone and I think you'll be happy with the results" well let me tell you, I'm severely PISSED that I can't squint my eyebrows and my FOREHEAD LINE IS STILL THERE!! Not to mention they charge double the amount than advanced aesthetic. Which doesn't make sense since Dr. Kevin is a plastic surgeon so you would like think his price would be more. Such a joke. So I paid more and didn't get anything I wanted. Then, the teeny bopper who did it, said AFTER she was done "please be patient with me since I'm new, it will take me a few appointments to learn you face!" WTF! im not paying you to practice! Dear lord. Needless to say, I will never be back. I'll be making the drive to CDA. Don't waste your money. I had some really young girl names Khani or something like that. read more
