WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!! I recommended my sister (who was in from Los Angeles and had many…read moreprocedures before) to try Sarah. Sarah had been voted 2023 CdA injector of the year. Sarah was friendly and sweet. My sister and Sarah knew a lot of the same injectors in LA. My sister is knowledgeable . Sarah suggested my sister get her jowl lines injected but only said they would get 50 % better. My sister was ok with that. My sister wanted the lines in her ears filled. Sarah said that wasn't a problem. Sarah NEVER offered my sister any pain prep as in lidocaine or anything else. What she did was BRUTAL. She went with a cannula thru her chin, going on both sides, jabbing away, to fill her jowl lines. My sister said her brain left her body - it was in incredibly painful. Sarah jabbed away, not thinking twice as blood was dripping out of her chin. She then went to each ear, again not offering any pain preparation, and one ear nothing took and the other formed a HUGE blood pool and a week later, she is still incredibly purple, bruised, with a blood pool that has turned hard. This is $1,600 later. We called after the procedure was done when my sister could talk. She was SO UPSET! The office manager said sometimes people react differently and said sorry but never offered any kind of refund. "We don't do that." They did have several people call and told my sister she could come back in again to be seen. My sister thought was NO WAY would I have someone from there touch me again, especially since they don't know what they are doing. My sister asked what was put in her face and ears so she could gave her person in Los Angeles dissolve the substance. So it's been about 3 weeks. The lines are still in her jowls, the lines are still in her ears and the purple blood pool is fading. It was a miserable experience and the BIGGEST take away is 1) make sure you have a competent injector and 2) ASK FOR PAIN MEDICATION before your procedure. I, myself, had seen Sarah weeks before my sister had. She had injected Botox around my eyes. Two weeks later I went back for her to review her work (which was not even- (eye to eye) and I wanted it to be fixed .) This is typical after receiving Botox. What's NOT TYPICAL is that she charged me for the "fix". I am upset with myself for 1) PAYING her to redo the Botox she didn't do correctly and, 2) recommending Sarah. I have learned my lesson , don't recommend anyone. AND, DON'T USE SARAH HAMILTON.
