I've lived in Spokane for 30 years and by far this is my favorite Salon for the following reasons: Service is outstanding in every way, there's true authenticity from the owner Janet as well as her staff. Always treated top notch, as if I'm the prized client for the day! Atmosphere is also warm and inviting, super adorable too! I love the cozy and relaxing room that Janet uses for her services, my whole body relaxes which I need before a Brazilian! Somehow this space is immaculately clean yet offers complete zen and calm. Best of both! Services and products are the best I've found, being extremely sensitive to ANYTHING, Janet is extremely intuitive to what I need. So far I'm receiving Brazilians and facials and all the extra wonderful things that Janet does for my skin during waxing and facials because she just KNOWS what I need! Brazilians can be nerve racking but Janet is QUICK, keeps me distracted, uses extra product to keep my skin pretty and free of red bumps and ingrown hairs! Thanks Janet!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! I have done waxes with Janet and get my hair done by Brittney and both are amazing in their craft and making the client feel comfortable and heard. Janet was so kind and patient with my 100 questions regarding waxing and not once did I feel out of place or uncomfortable. The spa is so relaxing and beautiful, a wonderful atmosphere for those us with busy minds. Getting my hair done with Brittney is always a delight and I always look forward to it. She's very easy to talk too and will always make sure she fully understands what your expectations are before getting started, her communication is wonderful. I highly highly recommend Highlights! I was given a Facial treatment as a gift and am so happy I was introduced to Janet! I had the most AMAZING Facial! The steam was so soothing to my skin and the organic natural products she used were fabulously applied. She even massaged my feet and arms! I found her to be such a sweet lady and so very talented! Her spa room has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, I felt like I was floating when she was done with my 2 hour treatment!
