"The other people your color are not usually as nice as you." I cannot in good conscience allow this place to do the same thing too many times without giving them a review. I got nicked twice and bled both times. This time, the lady sanded my nail so low that she nearly hit my skin. You can tell she was going at it. I asked her to stop, she tried to go at it again. The owner didn't make me pay, but that was after he told me that he liked me and that Black women usually make a scene if they get cut. I mean, I should I not have returned; it's my fault for trusted them for the second time. The reviews are not an accurate representation of this business. Appreciate the work done on my pedicure. With that being said I would NOT recommend. 0/10 I asked for a breakdown of price and it seemed like they were just adding prices on. It took nearly three hours for a gel pedicure and $100 later! I had to ask for cuticle oil on my toes and left with the skin on my feet more dry than when I arrived. Not to mention the nail tech said I would get a fungus if I added a tip on my nail (because he didn't feel like doing it) I've been getting tips on my toes for over a decade and have never had fungus . He spoke English until I asked him to tell my why the price was as high as it was and for an itemized receipt and he immediately started to speak in another language to another nail tech so she can break it down to me. If you'd like to pay $100 to be nicked and walk out with the bottom of your feet as dry as sand paper then go here! read more

I found this place online and noticed there is a mix of reviews on here and Google Reviews. I decided to give Nailed It Spa the benefit of the doubt and I am disappointed that I did. I made an appointment and showed up about 25 minutes before my appointment. I walked in and told them that I have an appointment in 25 minutes and I was very rudely told that they can't take me now and I have to wait until my appointment time. I did not expect to be taken back right away and figured I would have to wait but the way I was told that I would need to wait until my appointment time made me think they didn't even want me in there. While waiting, I looked through the color options and was surprised that they only had a few OPI options. They didn't even have Lincoln Park After Dark, which every single salon I have ever been to had always had. I started Googling the companies they did have and realized they were all cheaper brands from Amazon. When they finally started working on me, the service was the worst I have ever seen. During my pedicure, the lady didn't even remove any of the dead skin around my toes. When I told her that there is an area between my toe and skin that hurts a lot she told me it was because of my shoes and didn't do anything about it. Every other salon I've been to has cleaned up that area without me even asking. She started painting my toe nails and then told me the nail polish I picked out wasn't any good (which begs the question of why it was on the wall anyway...). She went and got the same polish color from a different (and cheaper) company and continued to paint over the other nail polish instead of removing it. When she started my manicure, I was asked what shape I wanted my nails. I said square. She proceeded to shape them but half of them were square and half were round. I pointed this out and she seemed so annoyed and just kept filing my nails in the wrong shape. I came in with decent length nails but left with very short nails. There were also several that weren't straight and I pointed that out to her and she laughed at me. My nails weren't painted properly either. When I got in my car, I realized there were gaps on the side that didn't even get polish. The next day I realized half of one of my toe nails didn't have any polish. This was by far the worst Mani Pedi I have ever received. While painting my finger nails at the station, the lady bent down and grabbed my leg to put top coat on my toe nails without even telling me so I was confused, which seemed to annoy her. When I checked out, I was asked cash or card. I said card and the lady got the machine out but didn't mention they charge a $1.95 credit card fee. Overall, I am pretty confident this place pays for their good reviews. There were others in the salon who were there when I was who seemed like regulars and they weren't treated very well either. Some were waiting 2-3 hours for their Mani Pedis to be completed. Mine took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. read more

Was told never pay more then a price. Upped it by 45... charging for every little service ... when someone asks before a service is done . Don't up the price . Leave there just walking out and white already coming off , stuff on fingers , not dry ,, If u can talk to customer in same language don't change up in your own language damn well you be talking ahit ... we never called in we walked in and and quoted a price. After one of us done u upped price by 25... and didn't even do what we asked ... Give a negative 10 point rating.. I was so excited to come here due to the reviews. I drove from Seattle for the weekend and made an appt. They were 30 minutes late starting my appt. but they did give me $5 discount. My nails were uneven, bubbled and four of them wore off the following day. They were closed that day so I was unable to have them fixed before we left town. I got dip neutral pink with a chrome unicorn glaze on top. I asked her to even out the nails a few times but by the time I was finished I was too close to a planned dinner that I didn't have more time to stay to fix the rest of the issues so some of this is on me. The service was $72 before tip and tax. This is about $20 more than I pay at home and I thought Seattle was the most expensive place for nail services in WA! I don't think I'd avoid going back next time I'm in town, my sister and I have gotten great pedicures here in the past- but I think these are new owners since that time. This could absolutely be a one off but I think it's important they have my feedback. read more

Went in to get my nails done and after I left, I took a closer look and realized how bad they were. The coats were very uneven, parts of my nails were missing polish, and the skin around my toenails were painted and not cleaned up. I was embarrassed to even have my nails painted like that so I went out and bought new polish to paint them myself. I called the next day to let them know what happened and I was met with an extremely defensive and unprofessional man who said he was Danny the manager. He told me that I should have come back to repaint them but I explained that they were closed for the day and I didn't have another 2 hours to sit there while they correct their own work. I explained that I could show him the pictures of my nails but he refused to see them. This place lacks quality and professionalism. Save your $50 and paint your nails at home, anyone can do it better than the lady that handled my appointment. read more

My the polish & acrylic is so uneven around the edges, and there are bubbles. I keep looking at my nails and thinking that if they spent a little more time on the details, they would look so much better. Well this is my second visit here and while my first experience was outstanding my second not so much. I don't no if they change their price structure or what seem to be so different but they charged $10 to remove gel nail polish which I'll never understand why there is a charge because they have to file your nails down regardless and if it's a matter of putting on straight acetone onto a cotton ball I still don't understand a charge regular nail polish has to be removed the same way. My problem is that I like to do SNS nail dipping because it doesn't damage my real nails and the health of my nails. They had less than eight colors to choose from and most of the colors or not nude or flesh tone so that was one part of my issue. The second part of the issue was I did decide upon a color and had my nails dipped and immediately after they were dipped I noticed after an ample amount of dry time they still felt in particularly soft which led me to believe they would easily crack. Within five days I had already had three nails crack two nails chip and two nails lift. I paid over $50 to have my nails done and they didn't even last a week. I had a pedicure done with gel polish this time and my total visit was more than my first visit and I had the same things done. This was a big waste of money and I'm hoping they are willing to rectify it. I'm having to take my nails off (the powder) in less than 7 days because it just looks bad. read more
