Exceptional relaxing builder gel experience with Dianna! First of all I was 10 min late. I got a call just before leaving my house, it was my 1st time @ lounge and I got lost. Dianna was unflappable & more than gracious. Lovely experienced nail specialist, who knows her stuff. I am double jointed, she gave me even-straight nails. She listened to what I said. Worked to find my color choice all while being gentle and not rushed. My nails more than meet my expectations. Thank you Dianna! The lounge itself is relaxing. Soft music and soft voices. No thing to startle your relaxation and easy to hear a soft conversation. I was offered several beverages. What a relaxing treat. Price was reasonable for builder gel and included cleaning up my cuticles and a hand massage. I will go back and highly recommend Gloss Lounge Salons. I brought in a party of 4 of us girls to get the 60min Signature pedicure and was very disappointed when the appointment was a quick 45min and we were asked to move from the pedicure chairs so that they could fit in their next appointments. Additionally, only half of our party was offered the included beverage. Given this, I don't think that the price was warranted for this service. Treated my mom to pedicures at Gloss a couple months ago. I called the day before and they were able to squeeze us in for a morning appointment. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and offered champagne. The place was clean and modern and the staff and technicians were all super friendly throughout the pedicure. As a bonus, the pedicure not only looked great but lasted nearly 8 weeks aside from grow out - way longer than other pedicures I've had in Spokane. Wonderful Experience! I visited Gloss Nail Lounge for the first time and saw Keanni. She is very sweet and did a fabulous job. I did a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Keanni used Structure, a leveling product applied before the gel color. My nails look so good. No one has ever suggested this before and it made a big difference for a few of my odd surface nails. The shop is very clean and nicely decorated creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I also like that they only do natural nail enhancements with nail health the focus. Very cute ambiance and the staff is nice. However, I paid $48 for a gel manicure to last 2 days without several nails chipping. They were nice enough to accommodate by fixing the nails. BUT, yet again, more chips today and it has only been 8 total days. I'm taking time off so not a lot of dish washing, cleaning, etc. that would make these chip. Not even close to worth it for the free champagne, which I was only offered when they were fixing my chips. read more

A nail bar on The South Hill? Yes, please. Clean and pretty set up with tons of options to choose from for your manicure or pedicure. The ladies working are friendly and easy to chat with. It doesn't hurt that they offer you a drink while you kick back and have a little self care. It's super easy to book online too. The service itself was good. However, I was overcharged and the *owner* (not the staff) had a particularly bad attitude about making it right. All it would have taken was to refund the difference, but she made it extremely uncomfortable and difficult. It became about her treating me (as the customer) with extreme disrespect and belittlement, and the rate at which it escalated to this level makes me believe that this is a normal course of how they do business. this business is unlike any other nail salon. they take their time, always clean and they use disposable files and buffers. also all of their implements are always sanitized and packaged. the owner really cares and the techs take care of you every second that your there. from grabbing your bag to getting your debit out for you so your nails stay great! thats why I will only go to gloss nail lounge! read more

The Lounge was clean and that was important. My two granddaughters and I went for a pedicure and a manicure. The experience was fun for my grandchildren. I went back and read what was supposed to be included with what I purchased. With the Pedicure, it was to be for 30 minutes and I believe that was what we received. We did not receive any kind of a massage as described. As for the manicure, they were 15 minutes, not the 30 minutes as stated on their web site. The description said there would be a soak, non was give for any of us. It also said a light massage and again non was given for any of us. My hands were so dry when I left there, I had to put lotion on immediately. I did not make a fuss while there, because I did not want to ruin the day for my grandchildren and I was not 100% sure on what was to be provided. Gloss Nail Lounge missed the mark terribly. The lounge was getting ready for a big birthday party, but that is no excuse for shorting our small group on time and service. We should have gotten the service we paid for. read more
