I was lucky to have a co-worker recommend this place. The service is very good and my nails always look excellent. I get the same thing every time....French manicure. But man oh man!!! They look great. I usually can get away with 3 weeks between visits. They don't take credit cards which is a bummer but they do such a good job that I just make sure I have cash. They are kinda pricey, but when I read other reviews I don't like what I see. Everything is expensive nowadays. I'd rather pay a little more for really great service and awesome looking nails. My coworker referred me to this salon and I was able to get a same day appointment for a full set. The shop is ran by a mom and daughter and they were the sweetest! This salon isn't a luxury salon so if that's what you're looking for then you wanna go elsewhere. My nails were done well but the shape isn't sharp square like i asked but that's okay. I paid $65 for a full set with gel polish and a design, which is average these days. I will return because the quality is better than other places and I don't have to wait 3 weeks to get in. read more

Best gel manicure I have ever had! So far it has lasted longer than the last 3 gel manicures I received at a "luxury" salon. The owner, Thu, took me as a walk in because of a cancellation. She said that most clients are by appointment. She was very welcoming and kind, and my nails turned out great! A week and a half later, they still look nice, and material has not chipped or lifted. not a place I would recommend. not that it matters. my first review was totally dissed. the owner responded to my review like I was in the wrong. I was yelled at for not making an appointment. which I had.. but the greeter never let me tell her that.. There was no signage stating one needed an appointment on window. nothing to let me know the rules. the owners response to me. was I was the rude one. " I told the greeter, " I don't deal with people who are yelling at me." and then I left. I did not say, "I don't like you" it would never occur to me to say that. Great nail shop! With covid you need to make an appointment however if you walk in they will try to get you on the books for that day! It's a mom and her two daughters that work here. Went to the salon to have gel manicure done. The young lady was very nice and helpful in helping me select the correct color. I told her while I was in the shop that my nail beds didn't seem to be very healthy and I didn't want her to sand them down at all, which she did anyway. Went by evening I found my nails were all hurting from having the nail bed sanded to close. My pinky finger on my left hand the next day had developed an infection where she had clipped the cuticles. I called today to let the owner of the shop know that I had an infection in my finger and it was quite red. There is a lot of construction in the area where the shop is and it's difficult to get there from my house. She wanted me to come down and show her my finger, I told her I would send her a picture and she said she had no way for me to do that although we all have cell phones. She she didn't offer to accommodate me in anyway for the injured finger. Or give me a phone number where I could send her a picture or any compensation whatsoever. She just kept insisting I need to come to the shop. I told her I wasn't going to inconvenience myself any further. read more

Super friendly and clean environment! They give you the individual attention you may not get at a lot of other places. Gel manicures are out of this world! There's always a romcom playing on the TV for guests if you don't feel like conversing. This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I went in with a terrible set from another place. The old nails had lifted after one week. A very nice lady (I think her name was "Tom") did a fabulous job and threw in gel polish. They have movies on a big screen, ample parking and the staff is friendly and welcoming. My nails lasted 3 weeks the first time (a record for me) and I am on week two with my current set, looking great! The prices are reasonable and the spa is clean and friendly looking. Give this place a try - I am sure you will be hooked. Family owned and operated I am told. I felt much more comfortable here than other nail salons I have been to in town. I was welcome to engage in polite conversations around me or watch the great movies on the TV and say nothing at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Fancy Nails in the valley.
