Not my favorite place. There are other better choices. The first time I went I got an infection from my pedicure and my big toe puffed up and was painful. Frankincense oil helped to heal. I thought I would give them another try and she just hurried too much and cut my cuticle during my manicure today and it bled badly. read more

Chi nails was recommended to me by a friend I had just moved here and I was looking for a new go to nail salon when I arrived no one greeted me. I got seated right away for my pedicure the water was at a boiling temperature and then I asked if she could make it a little colder the water got too cold. The nail tech made no conversation and when I was about to tell her not to cut my toe nails too short it was too late she had already made the first cute by the time she was done I could see my toe nails bleeding . When my friend asked for gel manicure she was left with a lot of bumps on her nails not my worst experience but I don't think I will be going back . read more

I had an nail appointment at 10:30 . I decided to have a pedicure also. The person I had a appointment with wasn't there , so started with the pedicure. I told the lady next to me I though it was strange that the person I was supposed to see wasn't there. Then the owner came over and they they just had an emergency. It's the owners BF she didn't seem to be concerned at all. All the while the owners son was riding his scooter though the store, spraying air freshener and eating chicken. The owner sat behind the desk on her phone . She did ask if I wanted to come back tomorrow. I said No . This was the third and last time. The first time was awesome the man did a great job, very friendly. Second time not great ....so I made the appointment with the man . read more

I feel like a two star is more than they deserve, but I am being nice. They often are not open when they say they will be, so that is frustrating. The female owner is downright grumpy/rude. She can't smile or say a nice word, and gets REALLY irritated if you move, at all. Sorry, I need to use my phone, I can't sit completely still for one hour just for you. They have some nice options for polishes, and while Tom lets you pick what you want every time, she will tell you no, that polish is not available, every time. Small place, would give it a 2nd try if I can book with one of the ladies working there. Unfortunately I didn't get the workers' names, but it seems she is responsible for the salon. She did a great job with my niece's pedi and mani and was very nice. The younger woman or less experienced person did a horrible job with my sister's pedi and had a negative attitude. The guy that did my nails was very rough, had a few cuts from the file, he was sawing my fingers with the file and when he dusted my nails he used some old harsh brush and was like taking out his aggression. it also seemed like they were talking about me cause I was tensed and not relaxing my hand, but how could I when he was hurting me. This place is amazing! Very clean and quite. You can tell the nail technicians take a lot of pride in their work. They lady who does my hair conveniently next door told me about them and I'm hooked! I always leave happy and very refreshed. I usually get a gel manicure and basic pedicure and let me tell you-hands down best service and quality in town that's not going to charge you an arm and a leg. When you get a manicure you get these gloves that have some sort of magic in them; leaving your skin so smooth. With the pedicure they actually RUB your feet and once they are done they do some sort of hot stone massage!! Very very satisfied. If your looking for a new nail place go there. I'm surprised not a lot of people know about them. read more
