Eye brow wax
Hailey H.

My family and I have gone to this salon for years. I always get my brows waxed here and I absolutely love the job Linda does here. They are even and the perfect shape in my opinion. They also did my pedicure and full set today and I am happy with those as well! Granted my nails aren't perfect this time, but the customer service was great and I still left very happy with the outcome of my nails. Will still always be my go to place!

This man gives the best pedicure massage ever !

I don't know this man's name but the BEST massage I have had for a pedicure!! He took his time and i didn't feel rushed. He would take turns rubbing my legs, feet and toes. I wish I could come here more often. I would definitely recommend. As for manicures I'm not sure since I just got the best pedicure of my life here.

Pedicure, paint job :(

I got there at 1:30 and only had to wait about 5 minutes, not bad at all. Then one of the technicians rudely yells "hello!?" At me to get my attention to go to the pedicure station. Not a friendly hello, but an impatient kind of hello. Apparently I was a little spaced out while I was waiting (what can I say...it's been a long week/month/year )and didn't hear her the first time. I guess walking 15 feet over to let me know they were ready for me was too much effort on her part. I got a regular pedicure for $30 and she was done in about 30 minutes. I've never had a pedi shorter than 45 minutes with most being closer to an hour. I was hoping to have enough time to relax and enjoy the experience. Nope... not here. Apparently you have to pay for the deluxe pedicure to get an actual full pedicure. She didn't trim my cuticles, massage was about 2 minutes each leg, nail polish job was something I could have done myself at home (meaning pretty mediocre... One reason I go to a nail salon because I want them to look better than what I can do myself) If you are in a hurry and aren't looking for relaxation and like overpaying for what you get, this is your salon. Seems like many people have had a good experience here but that always seems to be the issue with nail salons, there is no quality control, no consistent process or procedures for the services they offer. Just once I would love to walk into a nail salon and get consistent quality service instead of it being a guessing game every time.

This is what my nails looked like and two of the fingers that was bleeding.

I asked for a sage green gel color and was given this shiny light green. I'm also bleeding on 4 fingers because of how the lady trimmed my cuticles. The lady who greeted me and did my nails practically picked the color for me while I was trying to look, not to mention they were rude to me once I brought it up that I was bleeding. There are multiple other places you could go to that will do a better job.

Dip and nail began separating in day 5. Dip began chipping on day 6.

It was clean and the two people with whom I interacted were really kind. Lots of options for color. However, on day two of my dip, the clear coat began to lift. Day 6 and the color coat is chipping off in chunks. The cuticle edges are lifting so any time I run my fingers through my hair, my nails catch and rip out my hair. I can get a dip to last weeks, so six days is super disappointing.

Over two weeks with a gel manicure. Obvious grow out but still no chips or gel lifting!

I've been to so many different nail salons in town and this is by far my favorite. They take a really long time on your nails, which can be horrible if you're on a time crunch (usually go during my lunch break and always end up taking a long lunch) but the end result is so much better than other places, that I am willing to have it take awhile. It is much better than them rushing you through quickly and having a poor paint job. They take their time on the pedicure massages, so that's a big bonus for me! Mimi does such a good job on gel manicures. My nails come out with clean lines and lasting over two weeks with no chips! A star gets taken off for length of time for the services, but 4 stars for the great outcome!

My friend and I have a standing pedicure appointment. All we have is date and time, not necessarily…read morea place. Tonight we tried out City Nails. Small place, but great service. We chose this place, because it was close to the place we were going to dinner. We're both half we did. Really comfortable chairs, great service. Best part, their pedicure was only $30.

Pros: very friendly owners and staff, and they will work hard to fit everyone into the schedule…read morewhile still providing attention to detail without skipping steps Cons: not a clean facility, half the tools are clearly sanitized, other half don't look like they're fresh, unused tools (some should have been single use) and just looking around, you can tell it's an older building that just needs a face lift and deep clean. Also, though it's nice that they try to fit everyone in, they stretch themselves out way too thin, I was lucky I was getting a pedicure and at least had a massage chair and foot soak. They also charged extra to shape the acrylic nails. The acrylic nails were a little thicker then most other shops I've been too, already looked a little grown out because she didn't put the acrylics all the way down the nail, and could have been shaped better (especially for an extra fee), and there was some gel polish residue around my nails which is easy to spot since gel polish is really hard to get off. The pedicure was great though. Unrelated to how the business is run, the regulars were super rude, literally pulled their chair up arm to arm next to my chair (to the point that if she moved, my chair moved with hers which was really irritating), started chatting with the nail technician like she was in the manicure chair, completely ignored my presence even though the technician was clearly annoyed by it, and even insulted my nail color as she was painting my nails. There were a few rude regulars in who acted like that and it was just really irritating, but again, nothing to do with how the owners run the business, just something about the experience that I really didn't like. I won't be back, I've been to other places near by that I felt were a little cleaner and gave me a more quality manicure. But the owners are super sweet and they definitely deserve recognition for how hard they work and how kind they all are. Even though they were drowning in customers, they were so sweet and kind, and worked their butts off to get everyone proper service in a timely manner

I went here with my daughter to have nails put a pedicure with gel polish for her upcoming wedding…read more We had 1:00 appointments. 2 hours later we left both very unhappy. I kept telling the owner I don't like pointy. She barely filed and the young girl next to me (stranger) even said something to her but she ignored her also. She was going off what my daughter sent in a picture of what she wanted. My daughter had a horrible experience also. Her 1;00 appointment didn't start until almost 2:00 because the owner had her mom there working and had to constantly fix her mistakes. She kept apologizing to us but didn't make it better. She was not happy when we told her we wanted to pay for the nails and pedicure and leave. She wanted us to stay or pay for the services we didn't receive. After leaving she blew up my daughter's phone. She even found out somehow (stalking) my daughters fiancé name and told her she is sorry for (first and last name) marrying her. She also said she has cameras she reviewed and we look like weird scam creepy people. It was the weirdest experience. We didn't even do anything to make her think we were bad people. We just wanted to pay and get out of there! Ruined our special girls day out. My daughter told her to post the 2 hour ordeal she has on camera so people can actually see what will happen if they decide to go here. We are not difficult people to please. We try hard not to complain because we know how bad days go. Also, there is no cameras on the wall nor is there a sign saying you're on camera so beware all you scammers lol... I posted this on her website and she replied with this. I never asked for a refund. I paid leaving no tip as she was watching. I was never rude nor was my daughter. For her to stalk my daughter to find the name of her fiancé so she can go out of her way to be mean is wrong in so many ways.

Had a pedicure, recently, and I must say their attention to detail is wonderful! The pedicure was…read moreexcellent, and there are a variety of options to choose from. I would highly recommend them.
