On August 6th I had an appointment with Lee at 10:30 and when I arrived he was in the middle of a pedicure and I would have had to wait at least 20-30 minutes. No one else was able to take me as everyone was busy.  I had a busy day; so I left.   Today, instead of making an appointment, I called ahead to see if there was immediate availability with ANYONE. I was told to come on in. When I arrived, NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO TAKE ME--and I was told to wait.  I left once more to NEVER return.  This business does not value its customers or commitments to them.

During the fill, the man doing my nails didn't seem very confident about his process and the work showed, I tried to trust the process because I hate telling people how to do their job because it's not my place and I didn't want to seem rude, but they're lumpy, not secure to my nail, and just not good. I'm super disappointed, it's never fun to spend money on a service that isn't up to par with what I've experienced in the past and through recommendations.
