I really don't want to even give Anne's salon one star! I had the most unprofessional treatment at this nail salon. If you want to go to a nail salon and have your cuticles cut till they bleed then be yelled at by the technician and told "your crazy" go right ahead. At Anne's you will be treated like crap, asked to pay for services that they will then neglect to do. If you ask why they didn't do them they will yell back at you saying to not tell them how to do their job and that your crazy. I have had many pedicures in my life. I used to give them myself when I was a cosmetologist for 10 years. If I were to treat my customers like I was treated by this woman I'm sure I would of lost my job. I don't normally post reviews, and I can't speak for the whole nail salon, but I got my nails done by Thi Nguyen, and from the start she lacked professionalism and kindness. I don't like to complain, but I don't think I've ever received such bad service and quality from a nail salon. The service was very rushed- nail polish from my last set was still on, the paint was overlapping with my cuticle. In addition, she cut a part of my nail off too short and filed my skin too aggressively, which led to bleeding and my concern for sanitation. Her response was apologetic yet stated there was too much skin in the way. I wish I had better things to say about this place and did my research before going here. read more

I came back for a second time.. first time I wasn't super impressed.. The girl doing my nails did a good job but she kept having to answer the door customers or get up or what not and I just felt like I was not the priority. I came in for a second time today and have a spa pedicure that was lovely. I was very relaxed. And then I had my fill with a manicure/massage. He went to town on my massage and I left feeling like butter. And helped that it wasn't very busy today. I'm assuming I got a little bit more time than normal.. But dang this guy could do my massage any day. He got my shoulders my pecs triceps biceps forearms hands.. probably spent a good 15 minutes just doing my massage.. Spa pedicure with gel and a fill with gel and the massage manicure was $100. Left the 20% tip. Worth every penny.. read more

This was the most excruciatingly painful manicure I have ever gotten and I was genuinely worried about getting an infection afterward. I paid for the deluxe gel pedi + mani, and while the lady who did my pedicure did a good job, the man who did my mani tore through my "cuticles" (which was actually just the skin below my nails) so badly they are still scabbed over a week later. My fingers were bleeding all over the towel while he was doing them and I ended up telling him I didn't need the hand massage/wax that came with the package. They refused to discount the service even after skipping the deluxe portion of the manicure. He also drilled my real nails down so thin before applying the gel that that my nails are flimsy and bending from the slightest pressure against them. I would STRONGLY advise anyone who is interested in this place to stay far, far away. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I had a gift certificate for a shellac manicure. When I got there at appointment time had to wait a few10 minutes or so which you can pretty much count on in a place like this. I sat down to be next waited on and as I sat there I noticed how unkept it was. The gal in charge came over talks me into a upgrade. I sat a little longer and flat out noticed it was filthy. I quickly changed my mind to manicure only no polish. As I was getting the manicure done the same gal who talked me into a upgrade sat slouched in a chair coughing as she got up and walked by and came back coughing MASKLESS I told the guy SHE NEEDS TO MASK UP SHES COUGHING. She did but she continued to slouch laid back in her chair. I was out of there in 10 minutes gave my 35 $ GC to them knowing I did not owe that much but couldn't wait to get out of there. I love going to this location because of the great service. There is new management that is raising the level of excellence. The pedicure bowls are so pleasant to look at, they have new liners for each customer to ensure cleanliness! The various pedicures have different kind of salts, scrubs, and extra services. We called to get an appointment for 12:00, she agreed and then asked us to please come at 11:30. We arrived at 11:25. They put us in a chair and we sat for 40 minutes with our feet in water. The water of course, was no longer hot. At 12:10, she began the pedicure. By 12:23, she was finished with the pedicure including painting my toe nails. She never apologized for the long wait. I have never experienced such an awful pedicure in my life. She did not clean the cuticles, push them back or scrub my feet. It was not an enjoyable experience in any way. I have never left a nail salon without tipping, but I could not bring myself to provide a tip after spending $30 for less than a 15 minute service. read more

worst manicure i've ever experienced she rushed through it and did a full set. All my nails ended up being crooked and shaped wrong. They tried to fix them but they messed up too badly the first time they would need to take the full nails off and redo them. I asked for a refund and they refused yelling at me. I never complain about stuff like this as it's embarrassing but since im a broke college student paying $65 for nails for a wedding im in i wanted to stand up for myself. I just went to Anne's Nails in Liberty Lake. The shop is under new management. The lady that did my nails was awful! I questioned if she had a license or not, she was that bad. I ended up filing my own nails because she left them cut crooked and jagged . She cut them so short that you can see the skin under my nails. My two thumbs are so sore from her cutting the sides of the nail down into the hangnail area. I am watching for infection. I returned the next day to voice a complaint. I do not know if Sue is a horrible person, as two of the reviewers have stated. My review relates to the service I received at the salon. I walked in on Saturday just before a rush. All the clients were placed and move through efficiently. I was getting a polish change from shellac. They soaked my nails and used a scraper and nail file to remove the old polish, which I appreciated. The electronic files freak me out as I have very sensitive skin. Then they shaped my nails and did an excellent job. Usually I hate getting manicures because I always end of with a crooked nail. All of my nails looked beautiful after the shaping. Then I picked a new gel polish. My technician got right near the cuticle, so I was very happy. She also did a good job with the polish, because it is still on my finger nails looking fresh. She did not put it on too thick, there are no bubbles, the polish job is just very clean and pretty. Sue was working on a regular customer next to me. She was filling an acrylic set. She looked like she was doing a good job, and the client's nails looked very nice. They had a tv to watch to pass the time, which was nice for me because i'm not a big talker at salons. They also have a wall of pedicure spa chairs, so you can bring in a few friends and have a nail party. Most importantly to me, my nails looked great, I felt like I didn't have to fix them, and they still look great. I will be back for my next polish change. read more

My friend and I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago after having a bad experience at a different salon. My friend still had her set on from the other place and they were able to completely fix her set and her nails turned out gorgeous.
