I got in the same week I called for a natural manicure & Pedi. That was great! Seems like I got a new nail groomer, as in newly trained. Not had that happen here before. Don't come often anymore, but I needed a treat- it was lacking this time. I had a $45 pedi and a natural manicure. She didn't have much strength in her hands though the heated rock massage was relaxing. She hurt my toes several times. I showed her which nail I wanted the rest of my nails to look like. She asked if I wanted them all as short as the one I'd broken. I said no not that short. She had me sit on the side of the pedi chair even though there were 4 open mani stations open, to file my nails. After my first hand I said it was uncomfortable couldn't we move to an actual station. She did move me then. I pointed out that the shape of my nails were not as requested she redid my first hand but, they then ended up a lot shorter than I asked for. I wanted a light pink for my hands, she had trouble finding something not too bright. I had her put a combination of colors on me, thinking the lighter of the two as a top coat would calm the color down. It wasn't ideal, but it was what they had. The brighter color must have been older as it was very thick. It's taken all afternoon to really dry and it bubbled up on the outside of my thumb. The inside of my pointer looked like something had gotten in the polish. Vin said I must've touched it. Not sure how that would have happened but he did smooth it. I know everyone has to start somewhere and I applaud 777 for doing training but, there should be over site. As usual, everything was clean and no strong smells were evident. read more

Very happy with their services. Busy so book early. Excellent work at a reasonable prices.

They do great work but they are unreliable. I had an appointment and they cancelled and it takes a month to get in.

Parking at plenty outside, beautiful space, large and with brand new equipment but only has 2 employees. 2!!!!!! We called for appointment at 9 am and if we were more than one person we would do the pedi one at the time because there are only 2!!!!! We came if for the appointment and still they started my pedi 15 minutes late. There was not much movement of clients here but they turned at least one person down 2 hours before closing because the lack of staff limits the amount of ppl they can see in a day. Make a reservation before coming or do like me and do not even bother to come over here. EVEN WORSE: WHEN PPL CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THE STAFF ANSWER WHILE STILL WORKING ON THE CLIENT IN FRONT OF THEM, TAKING THE CALLER INFORMATION AND PHONE NUMBER DAY AND TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT AND THEY DONT WRITE ANYTHING!!!! They just basically let the customer think they have an appointment and they will be taken care of soon. Omg I do NOT recommend this place at all. read more

I asked for long almond nails and she cut them literally to the length of my fingers. Only way to fix this would be to entirely restart so I just let her finish. Will be soaking these off. Was not extremely expensive but still a waste of money :( read more

My first time here was such a good experience! Vinh was my nail tech and he was super patient and accommodating to what I wanted! I showed him a picture from Instagram and he emulated it exactly. I liked how he took his time with my nails even tho I changed my mind. Will be coming back next month read more

Very pleasant and relaxing each time. I really like the way they do my nails and it's a salon that manages their appointments very well, I have gone a couple of times and will be a regular customer. read more

Great job on nails.. not great with people. The lady that works there is extremely rude and inconsiderate. it's a shame after going there so long... I'd rather drive 30 minutes away to be around decent, considerate humans with actual good customer service. Thats what happens when you have one good quality place in an area. They don't have to treat you as a valued customer. read more

The only place I'll let do my pedicure. If you have issues, the male owner can fix your feet. My main problem is sometimes waiting for service. read more

I just love them. My nails are always perfect and they give the best massages!! They are so loved that they are booked out for a week or so. So no walk-in service. read more

I was able to get a same day pedicure (called earlier in the day) by some miracle. This place is pretty booked up every time I've tried to come here. My first visit went great! I believe my person was fatigued as my foot/calf massage was fairly light but still lengthy in time. I enjoyed this visit and plan to be back! They book out so I don't recommend walk ins there! read more

I've been here twice to get a gel pedicure and the gentleman that works here is awesome! Takes his time and is very detailed. I came her on a whim at first, but definitely plan to continue coming back. read more

The best place. We love this place. Our favorite. They take their time and give the best pedicures. Also, they do the best job on nails too. Just make an appt because they fill up fast and can't do walk ins. read more

So we were not very impressed with Paradise Nails and decided to try this place out! We came in and they were full so we made an appointment for a later time. Showed up five minutes before and still ended up waiting 25 minutes passed our appointment time. We finally got into the chairs and they immediately began on my daughter's feet. Thirty minutes after soaking my feet (in now cold water) they asked if I still wanted a pedicure. I of course said no and was offered a color change to which I declined as well. I don't think I'll be returning. They definitely need more workers and or better time management. I will say, they were thorough and clean and my daughter enjoyed her time there, birthday girl's luck, I guess!:) read more

I walked up to the door and met a sign taped on the door, "We are booked all day". I walked in and asked them if they really were booked all day. "We full" she said. There were only two nail techs, and two customers. I won't be back. read more

A diamond in the rut. Well the closest to a Diamond that will get. Airway heights wouldn't be a place to find the greatest nail salon but I have to say they've gained a customer. My co-worker and I set up appointments for two pedicures and one manicure. When we walked in we where greeted and as usual you pick your color and wait. I believe we waited a total of approximately 10 minutes before we where seated. The chairs are great, very clean, friendly service, and decent selection of colors. Why the three stars? They are under staffed.I'm confident there is people with hectic lives like myself, that would appreciate a faster service. The quality of work is nothing to complain about but if they had an additional person my coworker would've had time for a full set. I just enjoy getting my feet and nails worked on at the same time and be out of there within the hour. I will definitely be going back. I do believe they have recently opened. I anticipate they will pick up the pace sooner than later as everything else, service wise was great! read more

I recently moved to Spokane and I had not yet found the right nail salon. I was very pleased with the services. I had a gel acrylic fill and a gel pedicure. The technician did a great job and she was very courteous. The salon is also very clean. I will be a regular and I'm happy to have found a place I want to return to. read more

So happy this place opened! It's clean, the newest of supplies/products, modern decor and they do dipping powder manicures!!! Don't know what that is? SO much healthier for your nails then acrylics and last double the length of gel. I'm on week 4 with not one chip on my real nails - they did them Perfect! Advice: make an appointment!! They only have 2 people working there so far and they are BUSY. They honor appointments. Can't wait to go back to get my next dipping powder manicure! read more

I was only visiting Spokane, but was in desperate need of a mani. I LOVED my experience here. The man that worked on me was so sweet and we had great conversation. I got a gel mani and it has lasted for almost THREE WEEKS with no chipping and no peeling off. One of the best manicures I have ever received. TIP: be SURE to make an appointment! Hope your experience is as great as mine. read more

I had a mani/pedi. I waited a couple if days to see how the nails would hold up. Toes doing okay, but within 24 hours all fingernails needed new polish. The two women employees spoke constantly to each other in their non-english native language which I found very rude. The shop was clean and price was reasonable. I will not return... read more

Great nail salon! Clean and friendly workers. Only downside is there isn't many people working so make sure before you go to call if you hate waiting for someone to be open :) There usually fast though so I didn't mind the short wait! read more

This place is new and A-MAZING. Living near cheney I'm glad I don't have to drive to Spokane for a good pedicure anymore. I'm actually very impressed with how awesome their services really are for a small, nails only (for now) place. Their signature pedicure is the best I've ever had ( and I used to work for gene Juarez salon and spa in Seattle). They are still working on building up their employees so sometimes there is a wait, but luckily for me I usually have the time. They get you soaked and relaxing in their massage chair while you are waiting and they are all exceptionally friendly. The decor is trendy, the music is tranquil and everything is very clean. They have a ton of new polishes and are great at what they do. I won't be going anywhere else read more

Very impressed w this business. I tried to take my acrylics off on my own, needless to say it was a disaster. Called up 777 and they took great care of my poor fingers. She was gentle with me, and made sure we took the extra time to soak my nails to avoid any more abrasive destruction. I originally wanted a French tip once the acrylics were off and Tang said no, I recommend nail strengthener and nothing else for at least a month' instead of trying to up sell me, she did the right thing and educated me. I will be back, with friends, and highly recommend this business. read more

I have had the pleasure of doing business with them for almost 2 years! They are fantastic!! So, clean, friendly, always on time. My nails last and last!! Pedicures, oh yes! Than you very much! P.s. I drive over an hour to get there. That should speak for its self! Blessings read more

I came in for a gel pedicure & gel manicure and they did absolutely above and beyond. For $45 I got the best pedicure I've ever had, she was so thorough with details of making sure my feet were dead skin free and smooth. Same goes with my hands. Will be coming back for now on! read more

Would not go back my nails look so bad it took two hours for a basic set she glued her finger to my hand and then told me she was new at doing nails. I also had a nasty toe nail land in my lap so no thank you to 777 nails. read more

Super friendly, but awful service. I made 2 appointments a day in advance and both times I waited an hour before they asked me to come back another day. I ended up not getting anything done because the wait was so long. They also only have 1 person who does acrylics, so if you go with someone else to get full sets, you can only go one at a time. read more

The first thing I noticed is how clean and professional this place is! The second I walked in, they created me and asked what I was looking for. I had gotten gel nails a few weeks prior at a different salon and they did an AWFUL job. The girl who helped me(I didn't catch her name) offered to remove to old polish and ACTUALLY manicured my nails (she was very thorough and made sure to check with me before she moved on, which I definitely appreciated because I'm extremely picky about the neatness of my nails and cuticles)before getting started. She was gentle, didn't pitch or pull, wasn't rough, and was periodically checking to make sure what she was doing was comfortable for me. She did an awesome job, these are the best gel nails I've ever had done. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you don't want to drive into town. A bit pricier than most places but well worth it. Thanks a bunch! Can't wait to come back! read more

I've been coming here since they first opened, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've tried countless nail salons and this is the only one I'll ever go to again. My nails grow crazy fast, and my cuticles grow even faster. Every time I've gone into a salon they're always pushing "gel nails" on me and telling me it's better, it's stronger, and it'll keep my nails from growing as fast so I won't need a fill as often. That's a lie just to get more money. At 777 they're actually honest with me and tell me that for MY nails gel is not the best option, I'd have to come in just as often but I'd be spending more. They give me great recommendations for cuticle products, they use quality products and I've never felt like they were rushing to get me out the door like everywhere else I've tried. They do get really busy because they only have 2-3 employees, but those employees are better than any shop I've been to with 5+. I've learned to always make an appointment and be patient because it's worth it, they have ALWAYS gone out of their way to make sure I have the best experience. Most nail salons won't even take the time to make sure they glue the nails on straight, 777 takes the initiative to make sure everything is done the way I want it. read more
