They did a good job. A little disappointed that they didn't use new nail filers for each client. The ones they used on me seemed old and worn. I hope they somehow sanitized them between clients. I was going to get a pedicure but got scared. Not sure about the hygiene so opted for a toe nail polish change instead. They do use new liners in the pedicure tub so that's good but a little nervous about getting a full pedicure. I did get a gel manicure. Staff is efficient and friendly. They are strictly enforcing the mask wearing and sanitizing your hands before even signing the guest book so that's good. Update: my husband left his AirPods behind and we were happy to find that they found them and saved them for him. When he went inside to pick them up the lady behind the counter complained about my comment Re the nail filers being old. She assured him that they do use new nail filers with every client that they are just white and look that way but that they are new. Overpriced for the results and staff are very rude. I asked if they could swatch two colors on my toes so I can see how the colors look and they told me no..? It's gel; you just swatch the colors and wipe it off afterwards? It is not an unusual request. They did not ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted and the "exfoliation" lasted literally 2 seconds. I would have loved a paraffin wax had they even offered. I had to specifically ask them to please focus a few more seconds on my calloused areas, which is usually a given for any basic pedicure. I left with my feet still having a lot of dead skin and rough areas. Disappointed. When I asked them to use an acrylic or nail tip on one of my toes because I had previously banged it and the nail was about 75% gone, it was treated as a huge inconvenience. They did however do a quick and nice job on the gel application. My manicure was just a clear dip and the girl did it much too rushed, and did not do a thorough job filing or shaping, as they are very lumpy and uneven looking. I could have easily done a much nicer job myself. I now have to go home and file them correctly. The dip itself appears very bubbly. Tried to be friendly and conversational with the lady doing my manicure, and got snapped at. ‍ One thing I can say to their credit is that they accepted me as a walk in on a Sunday morning and I was seated in about 20 mins, however that is where the hospitality ended. I firmly believe in tipping 20%, so for $110 including tip I feel very robbed. Wow, also seeing the owner or whomever replying to these constructive criticisms in their reviews in such a passive aggressive manner is astounding. Not at all a good way to do business. Yikes. Edit: I've just realized as well that I had asked for a manicure and they didn't do a single thing to clean up my cuticles. UNSANITARY! Please don't go here! First and foremost my reason for this review is for the disgusting, unsanitary things I witnessed. My second reason is for the extremely rude staff and terrible service. Which honestly I wouldn't have even bothered writing a review if it weren't for what I witnessed. When I walked in, there were 4 staff members sitting in pedicure and nail station chairs, all on their phones. Only one looked up, rudely asked what I wanted, and then told me to 'sit there'! A gal came out from the back, sat down and began removing the polish from my nails. WITHOUT SPEAKING A WORD TO ME! A few minutes in she stands up, grabs a nail color board and tells me to pick a color, then goes back to grinding the polish off my nails. As I sat there in uncomfortable silence, except for them chattering to each other, I noticed the nail tools in her kit that she was using on my nails. It was filthy! The box was filthy, the tools looked dirty, the files looked like they had nail dust on them. Clearly had not been cleaned let alone sanitized. I was horrified, and honestly too chicken to say anything. As I looked around it became obvious that the entire place was filthy. The stations, the tools, the pedicure tubs. As I sit there in the most uncomfortable disgust just waiting to get the hell out of there, one of the male employees walks over to the sink next to the pedicure chairs and BLOWS HIS NOSE DIRECTLY INTO THE SINK! He walked away for a minute, came back and did it again. It was SO DISGUSTING! Then, a few minutes later another employee walks in with a stack of clean wash cloths. I say they're clean because they were all folded in a nice stack. Probably 20-30 of them. I'm assuming the ones they use for the hot leg wrap during pedicures. She then proceeds to fill the sink (that was just snotted in) with water, dumps some Downy Fabric Softener in it then soaks all of the wash cloths in it, wrings them out and takes them to a back room, where from the sounds of it were put in a dryer. Now I'm not sure what the purpose was of this except for maybe making them smell clean or soft for the pedicures. In any case I was horrified! This was my first and obviously my last time going there. And I'm just praying that I don't catch any fungus (or something worse) from the unsanitary tools, among other things. They should not be in business. Please don't risk your safety. Do NOT go there! read more

This place is a complete ripoff with very RUDE nail techs. She charged me more each time I went and informed me that cuticles are $10 extra. Why should I need to pay $60 for a full set of nails every two weeks? The nails lift, pop off and are terrible. Once I got there I picked a color and then waited about 5 minutes before being seated in a pedicure chair. Pleased with my experience. Kay did a fantastic job with my pedicure and the foot/leg massage was very nice and well worth it. Manicure was done simultaneously in the pedicure chair, I was impressed with the service.
