Worst place I've been. I'm not one to leave bad reviews or reviews at all. I was so upset with service. There all about quantity not quality . I was a walk in- getting a pedi and asked if they can do a certain design- the lady snapped rudely that she did not. I came in And requested to get a pedi and my hands done (ombré). That she said she would do. At the time I didn't even like the energy in there and should have gone with my gut and went somewhere else. After I was done with my pedi I sat Down and the lady tells me, "You want to pay now ?" I said I would wait for my hands to be done first. She tells me "no, we busy now!" I understand after 2 girls walked in with their appointment. They were seated. But; there were two more nail techs just sitting In their chairs. My pedi lasted 10 min my BF who had his "spa pedi" that lasted for just the same amount of time- my young son for about 5 min. $40 for me , $45 for my BF, and $25 for my son. Not worth the money with how rushed it was, rude the lady was and not friendly and not personable at all. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I went to this nail place near my moms house while my daughter and I were visiting for California. I got a full set and my daughter got a fill. They did a good job on my nails. However the cost vs California were much higher + they didn't offer anything special, only had gel or regular polish. No designs or gems unless we paid extra. The cost for full set with only gel nails was $55, nothing extra. The cost for full with only gel nails was $45. In California I get full set with dip powder, and gems for $50. I was traveling through the area and saw this spa that was open I regret ever going in there. The man that greeted me ask what I wanted they took my temperature and all that good stuff which I was happy that they did and when I said I wanted a fill he got one of the gals to help me. She asked me what I wanted and a fill she then said oh do you do gel and I said no I like the old acrylic she shook her head and said oh gel last longer why you not do gel? I said I did not like it it didn't last longer for me she interrupted me and said oh yes do last longer you do gel I said no I don't want gel I want old acrylic so we sat down I had my color picked out took her about maybe 6 minutes to throw a little bit of gel in the back didn't even use the Dremel buzzed it down filed it a few times and then polished it and I kept saying that's not enough it's not fill in the back she said it look fine. She wouldn't answer any questions she wouldn't chat with me she kept grabbing my hand and shoving me around if I didn't need the field done so bad I would have walked out like a total idiot I paid her and left when I got back to my RV Mico traveler said they looked awful and asked if I had press on nails. But what really made me decide not to ever go back there was the quality of nails I got after paying 75$. When the same exact lady did my nails the month prior and they were Easter nails so they were very colorful. way more complicated than the 75$ nails I received this last time. These people are scammerssss! I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. It was far from paradise and felt a lot like HELL. I came to get a full set with my friend and we were BOTH super unsatisfied. They tried to do the nails as fast as possible and get us out the door. When the woman started my nails she said it would be 70 dollars and I agreed at the time believing that I had just stumbled upon an expensive nail shop. We proceeded and she began to apply the acrylic and put wayy too much, it honestly looked like I had bubbles on my nails..so I asked if she could file it down and she responded with "i'll try". At this point I was done correcting her and had accepted that I was just going to pay 70 dollars for horrible service. That was until my friend who came with me told me that she was only charged 45 for a full gel set about 2cm shorter than mine. So now I'm thinking.. hm? Wait why are mine 70 dollars??? So when it came time to pay I questioned why my nails were so much more she said that my "long length" nails are an EXTRA 10 dollars and my design is 15 more dollars. In that moment I felt as if I was being scammed bc my nails aren't very long at all, and my "design" that cost 15 more dollars was only the 4 little hearts. I said to her "well my nails aren't very long" and she said "well thats what we think is long" (my nails are clearly short) and began to get really aggressive towards me and almost yelling. Once she got louder her coworkers also started attacking me along side of her. I tried to calmly speak with them but they didn't want to hear what I had to say and ended up calling the cops. As I'm sitting down quietly waiting for the police to arrive one of the women started RECORDING me and one of them purposely pushed my drink off the counter!! I was truly is disbelief! So the cop came and explained to me that I had to pay what they were asking for, or else legally I would be arrested..so I did. I was definitely scammed. I recommend that they put set prices for add-ons to prevent something like this happening in the future. I took my daughters in yesterday for a girls nail day, the put gel polish on my 10 yr old and it's gone already today. My oldest daughter showed a picture of the polish she wanted with a design and they didn't even come remotely close and used gel charging us that price after asking for regular polish, they also didn't remove all the polish she had on previously. My service was terrible, nails were all scuffed before I even left, and they did absolutely nothing with my cuticles. All 3 of us were done with 2 full sets, and a gel mani in 20 min. I would absolutely not recommend this salon. Terrible service, less than acceptable nails and cost me $130. The services we made apt for was no more than $70, we asked they responded with "cash or card?" Honestly, the staff here do a great job and they're incredibly fast (like 30 minutes for a full set or fill). For a working mom with limited time, the fact I can get my nails done on my lunch break is amazing. They're very good about masks and sanitation and have plexiglass, all great during covid. My friends and I made an appt which worked out well. We were greeted and seen right away w/o any wait time. Emily assisted with my manicure but there was a miscommunication about what I wanted. A friend recommended the SNS dip powder which I never got before. Emily began her work on me but I noticed she was applying the gel acrylic which I've gotten in the past. I quickly asked if this is the correct procedure for the dip powder because I never had it done before but to our surprise it wasn't. I felt really bad but without hesitation she removed everything and started over again. Without any complaining, Emily remained very professional and respectful. She went above and beyond to get exactly what I asked for and offered good service throughout my visit. My manicure turned out great and I would be happy to return. I got my nails done with he dip polish. It seemed like the nail tech wasn't quite sure what she was doing. My nails initially turned out uneven so she kept painting over them with a clear polish. This made my nails very thick. After 2 days the clear coat began peeling away from the color base which made the color chip. I was very disappointed considering they aren't cheap and all the up charges they do that usually come with the service. I won't be retuning and I can't recommend them. I did agree to pay the up charges before but the quality still was poor. For $45 I expect better quality work and I was told by the nail tech there that dipped nails last longer than gel. read more
