Do not recommend this place as poor customer service! I had to change my appt from the afternoon to the next day for a morning appt. We showed up & she said that we don't have an appt. I was VERY skeptical of a nail salon at the mall-- but went because I was short on time. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. They were very nice, I walked right in, got a gel manicure and it lasted BEAUTIFULLY for over 3 weeks!!! I have never ever had gel nails last so long and they looked new the whole time. I've been here about 5 times or so and every time I go I wonder why I don't go more often. They take walk ins graciously, they're very reasonably priced- I often walk out paying less than I would expect (example: if they remove an old set and apply a new one- they only charged for the new one and not for the removal), and my nails always look great. My favorite part about this staff is how gentle they are. So many places I go to are so rough I've resigned myself to be uncomfortable for the hour or so my nails are being filled- that is not the case here- they genuinely care about your comfort and adapt their pace and pressure to accommodate that. If you're someone like me who kinda dreads your fill because you don't want to be yanked around and nicked with files for an hour- try here instead. read more

I have had my nails done here a couple of times. I just had them done Friday then on Monday I fell and broke one! I called right away because I am leaving on vacation Thursday and needed to get it fixed before I left. I work pretty far away so I needed an evening appointment. They said I could come in on Wednesday at 6:15! I was there tonight Wednesday 3/1/2023 at 6:10 and they were closed. They say they are open until 7:00. I now have to go on vacation with a broken nail. I was not a walk in.... I called and made an appointment. So disappointed in this place. I will not go back! read more

Great service. The staff here is super nice. The pedicure is spa like and refined and the polish stays on. My feet hurt so bad to walk after the massage though and that has never happened. It didn't hurt too badly while the pedicure was happening but everything else was great. They took care of my mom and I swiftly and it was a good experience. read more

This is the BEST place EVER to get a pedicure. I have had pedis in many different salons and almost always disappointed. At Digits the price is reasonable and the work is thorough. To the reviewer who complained that they are slow ... they take their time and do a GOOD job! I don't want a pedi or mani that is finished in 20 minutes. I love that they take enough time to do a good job and I don't mind waiting extra time while they do a thorough job on someone else. Very unhappy with my manicure. I decided to have acrylics put on and am soooo disappointed with the way they turned out. I had asked for very short natural looking rounded tips. First he files them down very square and I again remind him I'd like them rounded. He does one finger sort of rounded and short like I'd like shoes me and I say ok that looks great. He moves on to the rest of my fingers and as he moves forward each finger gets worse and worse. He is obviously in a rush. Some nails are smoothed/filed down and meet with my cuticle nicely-others are just left and bulge up. None are even lengths or shapes. Beyond disappointed. Me and my mother have been going there for a year now and they have very good service. They have very good customer service and just good people over all. They take walk-ins like nothing. They always do a good job and they are always making sure that you are ok with what they are doing. I always get gel and they always do an amazing job with that. Worst manicure I've ever gotten. Asked for a French tip and was given half white nails. The acrylic nails they put on weren't even completely glued on to my real nails and before they put them on they filed the tops of my nails way too much they're painful to touch the next day. They also kept sanding my cuticles and the skin around my nail. Will not go back. Ever. read more

I do love this place and go there all the time. All the people are very nice and they do a good job. My only complaint is that they are slow. And busy. And apparently making an appointment doesn't actually mean anything because every time I've made the effort to make an appointment, they still don't get me in until like 45 minutes after the scheduled time. Not only did the lady that did my nails skip about 3 steps she messed up on the color of my nails and when I asked for her to fix it I was told it would cost extra for her to fix her own mistake!!! Do not go here! Worst pedicure I've ever had. The nail tech cut a chunk out of my mid toe cuticle and I started to bleed. Then she got aggressive with my feet (more aggressive than cutting me!) and just gave me a shitty pedi. Another tech tried to fix the mess she made to no avail. The topper was they charged me the full price. So if you're into BDSM maybe this is the place for you but if you like a nice relaxing professional pedi, you've been warned. They have pretty good rates compared to other businesses I've looked at, and they take care to make your nails look good and to not hurt you in the process. Worst experience ever!! Today is Mother's Day and I called this morning and made an appointment for this afternoon for my mother, my grandma, and myself to get pedicures together. We showed up at our appt and there were no seats for us! Two chairs opened up 20 minutes after our appt and I let my mom and Gma get theirs since there was no seat for me and they made no effort to accommodate us for our "appt". I complained to the manager and she told me to go to the other nail place they owned.. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having a mother/daughter/Gma day TOGETHER?! My mom hated her pedicure and they hurt her legs and they had to redo her French manicure. They did nothing to make up for any of this. Happy Mother's Day to me... WORST NAIL JOB EVER!!!! I went to the spa on July 4, 2014 to have nails put on for a trip I was taking the next day. The owner (a man) started on the process and appeared to be diligent about making sure the nails were all the same length; however, I commented that I didn't think he cut my own nails short enough which he tried to explain that was the way it needed to be done. I know better since I have had nails put on before but I let it go. THEN, he pawned me off on another staff member to complete the job. She could have cared less about what she was doing. No personality - just a sour face and no verbal communication. When I got home and really looked at the job she had done I was shocked at what a horrific job she had done. She had filed the nails down to where they were all uneven. On top of that, five nails had globs of the nail material underneath and once it hardens, you can't get it off. I gave her a $5.00 tip but I should have saved my money and looked closer at what she had done before I tipped her. I won't be going back and if your thinking about going there, I would think twice!!!! read more
