They always take good care of me here when it's time for a pedi or a set of nails. Recently I had to wait for a few minutes before they filled up the water for my pedi, but it's all good. The workers try to be friendly and are gentle on me, even when I start twitching from my ticklish feet! Prices are reasonable- about average. The massage chairs for pedis are nice. read more

I didn't catch the name of the gal who did my pedicure, but Mike did my nails and they were exactly what I asked for! They are not too thick and he even was very patient with me when the first color I chose was not what I wanted. They stayed open late to do both for me and did not make me feel rushed at all. I genuinely love this place. I have been here 4 times now and waited to leave my review. I am a big fan of simple and having a place to relax. This spot is it. Express Nails is a few minutes from my house, the pedicure is $25, $30 with gel - the staff knows what they are doing - and they are fast. Ling (like Bling - she says..love!) was so so sweet this last time. She honestly did one of the best pedicures I have ever had and was incredibly mindful and hilarious the whole time. Not my favorite nail place, unfortunately. I had made an appt for two manicures for my friend and I and when we came in a few days later we were told to wait because our appointment was forgotten. Huge bummer considering neither my friend nor I had been to Express before and this was our first impression of the place. We had a half hour wait in the shop before they could seats available to get our manicures started. Quality of work doesn't match their prices, my friend's nail technician was sloppy and left a lot of glue on her fingers. My dtr and I went in, DTR got a full set acrylic nails with gel polish by the man, very poor sloppy job. Nails were thick loped sided just horrible. My nails were done by Lynn was done perfectly. I had them re-do my dtrs nails all over again by Kim. It's funny when you tell them that they did a poor sloppy job and their excuses were unreal. Well she asked for square round, it's the color. I told them to fix it or give me my money back. How the hell is square round and the color of the polish will make your nail sloppy? They just need to stop coming up with excuses. I'm in town for a wedding, needed to get my toes done. By far the quickest and laziest pedicure I have ever had, not to mention they used the same nail file the used on my sister, without sanitizing. Let me get your attention by saying THEY TOOK MY DEBIT CARD, WOULD NOT RETURN IT AND LOCKED THE DOOR AND PHYSICALLY BLOCKED MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I FROM LEAVING UNTIL I CALLED THR POLICE! The older woman who works there is violent and unreasonable (I have a video but unfortunately Yelp only allows photos). I am a nurse and hardly ever get my nails done. My 4 year old daughter and I thought it would be fun to do that today and went here because it was close to our house. And let me say that the younger woman who did my daughter's nails did great and was so nice and was asking the older lady to stop the whole time she was screaming at me. As soon as we got there they acted like we were burdening them. We were the only customers in the place and they acted like just us being there was an inconvenience and everything I asked the man's answer was "no". I wanted an ombre done on acrylic nails and he acted like he didn't understand what I was saying but continued to do my nails and because of where I work I needed them thin and short. After he glued the tips on I mentioned I needed them short and he rolled his eyes and said he couldn't go any shorter (the nails were a half inch long). After disagreeing with other ideas I finally said "maybe someone else can do this or do you think I should go somewhere else?" And he slammed his tools down and said "yeah go somewhere else!" The older woman came out and tried to grab my wrist with clippers to cut the nails. And I said "I will go somewhere else please don't touch me." I was afraid at that point they were going to purposely hurt me or make them un fixable. The older woman then called me a thief and was yelling over me and my daughter and refusing to run my card or give it back. They then locked the front door and physically blocked us from the door. I told her to run my card for my daughter's and return it and let us out or I was calling the cops. Ultimately I had to call the police. While I was on the phone she finally threw my card at me and unlocked the door for other customers yelling at them "this girl is trying to steal" (she hadn't ran my card yet for my daughter's although I asked her to so I could pay the other lady multiple times). I asked her many times to quit yelling in front of my daughter and she was yelling how I'm a bad mom. When the cops got there I felt terrible for wasting their time but this woman was yelling at me calling me a thief while she was the one holding my debit card holding me and my daughter against our will. I wish so badly that I could find a way to press charges. If anyone has access to someone in the news please contact me. I want to put the video of this woman yelling at my daughter and I out for everyone to see. read more

i absolutely 100% do NOT recommend this place , the man up front who did my nails made them small when i asked for medium length , he made them thinner than the press ons you get at walmart. he made my nails bleed and burned almost every finger and continued to do so after i pulled away multiple times and even after i said something about it. He did them crooked , stared at them and still decided not to fix them. i asked for coffin shaped nails and he made them slanted and curvy. he put NAIL GLUE on the spots that were bleeding which made it burn and hurt even worse. he constantly yanked my hands and arms around aggressively when i was already close enough for him to do my nails so there definitely wasn't no need for all that lmao this place is shit i definitely won't be going there again read more

A grouchy old man did my nails. Made one of my cuticles bleed and got very upset when I told him one of my nails was crooked. He smacked my hand with his nail file multiple times and didn't put the electric drill down or wait for it to stop while grabbing my hand. Every color I asked for he told me they were out of. He proceeded to get further upset when I asked him to do the color I asked for just not in jell. I did not like getting abused, treated like crap and being talked down to at all. Will never be back. I wish I could give them zero stars but yelp doesn't allow me to. I absolutely hated my experience so much, I can't even put it into words. My nails literally look like jelly beans. I asked for a gel manicure and then selected my color. She didn't even shape them right but proceed to put the wrong color on me. It's was an alright color so I let it slide. Then she put so many layers on my nails (like 6 layers), they became too thick and weirdly uneven. I told her about it and she got annoyed that I mentioned it. When I tried to ask my friend about it, she got mad and said that I shouldn't ask her cause I'm the one getting them done. She said that the bump on nails was of my actual nail. She did them again but she was so aggressive the entire time. At this point, I was so over it I just wanted to leave so I told her they were fine. My nails are very important to me and she ruined.
