Horrible, horrible experience. This place is dirty. We went for manicures. No one was asked to wash our hands, the man doing nails, his hands and nails were dirty, didn't wash his hands, none of their equipment was sanitized or cleaned. When he clipped my real nails they were haphazardly done, not all of them clipped, none of my real nails were attended to. I could go on and on. This place is a health hazard. On top of that the polish is wonky and has debris in it. You can see my real nails in one of the photos. I'm having to go to another place to have my nails fixed now. My mother and I went to get our nails done and the service was absolutely terrible. The guy who did my mom's pedi basically gave her a polish change. She had to clip her own nails, he didn't scrape under the nail, he didn't file or shape her nails very good, and he just rubbed in the lotion on her legs with no massage. He wasn't paying attention to providing a service and was preoccupied with everything else going on around him. The salon had two walk-in customers waiting for pedis but that is no reason to provide a less than half-ass service. On top of that he didn't even help her to the UV light to help set the polish. read more

I came here because my place didn't have time to fit me in and my sister used to come here. My artist was Britney. Maybe it was because I came in before they closed but oh man, the set I got is not good. I asked for all black with some flame outlines, I got zig zags and some wiggly lines. On some of the nails she filled in the flames, something I didn't even ask her to do and she had a reference photo to look at. After they were done she kept asking me for the photo I gave her and looking back at the nails while asking me if I liked them. I think even she knew they were bad.. I had to come home and paint over them with a polish I had at home. Also on one of my nails she shaved half of the tip away and tried to fix it with acrylic. Now that nail is chunky and oddly shaped. Oof, it's just bad guys. Don't go here. read more

Other than the fact they talk to each other the entire time you're in their chair....... Fabulous place. They go a far better job than most places in town... I have been far north and on the south hill and a few in between... this place was (mostly) clean and had probably 300 colors to choose from. They don't really try to up sale you... they take their time, give good massages and show they actually care what your digits look like before you walk out. Fairly priced and had a ton of seats without much of a wait!!!!! I'll be back!!!! read more

I came in wanting a shellac mani/pedi and was told by one of the staff to pick a different color because the 40 dollars for toes was too much money. I had to argue with this woman about spending money in her establishment. I was so embarrassed I ended up just picking a color I didn't want so I would get out faster since the place was packed. Went in with my sister to get full set and pedicures . Waited 20min had great pedicures (reason for the 1 star) But it all went down hill from there. Told the lady I would like short nails with square tips with regular polish. The lady tried convincing me to spent $10 to gel I said no thank you about 6times after that she was very rude and very rough with my hands she cut my finger and I have 3 nails that are not straight , cuticles not clipped and nail polish not even and the lady that was applying my nails was acting like it was a race. My sister had the same problem. We will not be going back there. read more

They do a fantastic job, the massages are fabulous!!!! I got asked if I wanted a design, I said no thank you, looked down a few minutes later and there was a 5.00$ design on my toe, this after I was asked, no wait told, I needed shellac and said no 3 times, I was handed the thing where you choose shellac color. My child was upsold 15$ for marble paint on her fingers, without being told wtf 'marble' is . We will be back because it's convenient and the massages rock. But still super annoyed they up sell you at every turn then don't even listen you.... read more

I went in on a Friday morning right when they opened (I had made an appt) for a pedicure. Women were piling in, over 20 women wanting a pedicure and all seemingly had a 9:15am appt. The person who did my pedi did a pretty bad job on scrubbing my feet. He was trying to get to the other 19 women who wanted a pedi as there were only 5 workers. The only positive was the nail polish, it's still on 3 weeks later. I will never go back as they seem to triple book to make LOTS of cash. read more

My nails turned out fine but the lady that did my acrylics applied the acrylic without looking and got in down past my knuckle and told me that it should fall off of my skin within a couple weeks. And after she cut the tips I told her I wanted them trimmed multiple times but she kept telling me no and that they were fine. She also kept yanking my hands and my nails around. She also pushed me after I washed my hands. Then she told me she didn't have the color I wanted when I saw it on the shelf. I also got a pedicure and they put a scrub in my legs and kept scratching my skin with it. I told him it hurt and they kept telling me to relax. After the scrub was rinsed off he put scorching got ricks on my legs and I had to pull away because it hurt so bad. Now I am left with a burn in my leg. He grabbed my leg back and put a new them back on. I'm am very disappointed and will never go back!!! read more

She is professional and very sweet and easy to talk to. She has a great sense of humor too. Trisha makes suggestions on new colors for me to try and they're always beautiful when she's done. Being a stranger in town for a couple of interviews, it is a bit unnerving to go 8nto a strange nail salons. But, I my worry wasn't necessary. From the moment I entered, I was made to feel welcome. This shop isn't the usual "rush you through" shop. My girl took her time, asking me what I preferred, abd taking great pains to remove as m6xh product as possible before applying new product. Although she only required about an hour for my fill, she was head and shoulders above the two previous nail technicians I had visited, one in Southern Oregon, and the other in St. George, Utah, as well as the the one in Provo, Utah and the one in Urekah, California. I would be happy to return to this shop on a regular basis. read more

Went to get a pedicure and the lady sat on the phone the whole entire time. She was on the phone for the duration of the whole pedicure, and the pedicure took like 10 minutes because she was so lazy. She didn't even massage my feet or legs, just rubbed her hands on my legs for like 5 minutes. I would never go here again. I have gone here for 6 years since the owner just left and moved the shop has gone down hill!! Yesterday I went in to get a fill the girl had no idea what she was doing and everyone left her there to figure it out! THEY LEFT AND WENT HOME!! So then I'm told u come back tomorrow someone else will finish them! I came back today waited 2 hours and then this lady was trying to make me pay when I was told you came back it's free. They sent me home with half acrylics it was horrible!!! I will never go back here sorry to say UNLESS VAN the owner comes back! Really do not waste your time or money go somewhere else!
