My sister purchased the pedicures so I cannot comment on price, but the pedicure I got was very subpar. The total time from start to finish could not have been more than 30 minutes which is disappointing. The cuticle work was practically nonexistent. And it looks (and feels!) like they cut the edges of my toenails in a curved fashion which risks developing an ingrown nail, and they also cut kind of deep, enough so that a couple of my toenails are red and slightly tender on the side, all increasing risk of infection. Next time, I'll be sure to just join family for the company as I won't be utilizing their services in the future.

Also, though it's nice that they try to fit everyone in, they stretch themselves out way too thin, I was lucky I was getting a pedicure and at least had a massage chair and foot soak. They also charged extra to shape the acrylic nails. The acrylic nails were a little thicker then most other shops I've been too, already looked a little grown out because she didn't put the acrylics all the way down the nail, and could have been shaped better (especially for an extra fee), and there was some gel polish residue around my nails which is easy to spot since gel polish is really hard to get off. The pedicure was great though. Unrelated to how the business is run, the regulars were super rude, literally pulled their chair up arm to arm next to my chair (to the point that if she moved, my chair moved with hers which was really irritating), started chatting with the nail technician like she was in the manicure chair, completely ignored my presence even though the technician was clearly annoyed by it, and even insulted my nail color as she was painting my nails. There were a few rude regulars in who acted like that and it was just really irritating, but again, nothing to do with how the owners run the business, just something about the experience that I really didn't like. I won't be back, I've been to other places near by that I felt were a little cleaner and gave me a more quality manicure. But the owners are super sweet and they definitely deserve recognition for how hard they work and how kind they all are. My thumb smudged twice had to go find a matching polish at store when I got home I noticed that one of my toes polish has completely peeled off. I called to see if I can go in and get it fixed. Apparently, you have to make an appointment. They didn't have a time that worked best for me. I was super bummed because I work time to go get my nails fixed ! place was expensive. waste of money go somewhere where they actually care and use better quality polish. And then he messed up the tip of my nail and thankfully this nice lady came in and replaced the nail, but that was a really weird experience and I don't really wanna go back if every time I have to be worried about them hurting my nails. They also have a little bit of a lack of colors. I really hope they talk to that guy bc i'm not sure what that was but he also was just like not really paying attention. He was always looking around and then he just left and it was just super weird like he was trying to help but then screwed up and didn't care.
