I came here with family when a few of the girls were mentioning getting a pedicure. It was a Sunday afternoon and there were plenty of open seats available for us to get started right away. My sister purchased the pedicures so I cannot comment on price, but the pedicure I got was very subpar. The total time from start to finish could not have been more than 30 minutes which is disappointing. The cuticle work was practically nonexistent. And it looks (and feels!) like they cut the edges of my toenails in a curved fashion which risks developing an ingrown nail, and they also cut kind of deep, enough so that a couple of my toenails are red and slightly tender on the side, all increasing risk of infection. Next time, I'll be sure to just join family for the company as I won't be utilizing their services in the future. read more

What a bummer. Go to the beauty school if you want nails that look like they were done by a student. Took over an hour for a gel mani and i suspect these will be off in 3 days. The gel is all over my skin, on my cuticles and, not even covering my entire nail with debris all in the gel making for a bumpy finish. It was unsanitary all of her tools had clearly clearly clearly not been sanitized. Then to top it all off she filed the free edge of my nail when she was done, breaking the gel seal on the tips of my nails so these will start peeling after I get done with the dishes tonight. Ladies please don't waste your time on this place!!!needed my nails done for a special event, I went in for the gel manicure. Ann did my nails, absolutely the worst gel manicure I have ever had. She was rushing the whole time, did my cuticles with out soaking my hands which destroyed them. When I complained she didn't listen and I'm pretty sure was gossiping about me to her co worker. My nails started to chip the very next day, which normally gel manicure lasts for 3 weeks. I have never seen anything like that, I got my nails done last Thursday, gel nail polish completely peeled off by Monday. Absolutely terrible experience and it was a complete waste of my time and money. OK for a walk in quickie, I don't think I would be a regular. The woman who did my pedicure never looked at me, paid no attention to what she was doing, and spent the entire time whispering and giggling to her neighbor. Services are limited - I asked her to remove small calluses, but she didn't know what I was asking for. I had to explain, and she took a pumice sponge and spent about 20 seconds on each heal, which did nothing. I will give her points for doing a very good job shaping the nails. But the overall pedicure was mediocre, my feet were rough when I left and they should've been perfectly smooth. I suspect the regular clientele expects little more than to have their nails painted. Went here a few times. The prices are a good deal, but the service could be better. They switch around during the service, so each time I have left, it was like 3-5 different people worked on me, making me almost feel like I am inconveniencing them. I have found them to actually be pretty painful when they are cutting the nails, moving the cuticles, etc. They seem to have people working who are not licensed, look at the licenses on the wall compared with who is doing the nails. Beware! Highly unsanitary! Came here with my daughter on Saturday. Got a pedicure and several times I had to say "OW" because she hurt me while trimming my cuticles. Sunday morning I woke up and my big toe area was red. Didn't think much of it until Monday morning and my entire left foot was red hot and swollen. Had to go to Urgent Care, the doctor said I have a raging infection, possibly MRSA! I got two prescriptions for killer antibiotics and must see my doctor for a follow up in 3 days. read more

I have been going there for a year. Services have sometimes been good, sometimes not. Yesterday was the last straw for me. After being a faithful customer I went in for a backfill. Took her 2 hours to do. Multiple mistakes were made. I asked her to file the nails in a different shape and she argued with me. She was squeezing my fingers so tight that in the end I asked her to not do the hand massage as my hands hurt to much. She argued that she had to squeeze to make sure I didn't move during the sanding - even though I wasn't moving at all. My nails look terrible and now I need to find a new nail place. read more

I'm went here once while very desperate for nails. I asked for a longer coffin nail shape, I received non proportionate square mixed with almond nails. Some of the nail tips weren't placed in the middle of the natural nail so those look very crooked so that ended with a lot of filing on the sides of my nail bed and it was done so aggressive that I walked out with a sore on my middle finger and my pinky nails look very much longer than the rest of my nails. Three of my nails have a crazy noticeable dent going horizontal through the middle, not cute. One of my nails is super chunky(?) so the acrylic instead of going in from my natural nail shape to the tip, it goes out from my nail shape, so the whole thing looks very round. read more

I would give them zero stars.. me and my sister went in to get our nails done and they completely ruined our nails then when I called them to let them know they were all uneven and the color paint wasn't cover the whole nail they had me come in to get them fixed, and ruined them some more beyond the point where they could fix them while being extremely rude and nasty to me the whole time. They got me in and i had hardley touched the water and the gal started on taking the old polish off, fine then I mentioned I wanted the Spa pedi and she totally ignored me. They rush their customers so quickly. In a hurry, I wouldn't mind, but I want what I pay for. First of all there is a language barrier. You need to be able to speak english where people can understand you. I for one will boycott you for not allowing service dogs. There is a law that says you have to allow service dogs in your business. You also change your prices to whatever you want the to be at the time you complete the service, it is never the same price. The gel chipped after one day and I can't say that the atmosphere was relaxing. I think I'll spend my money elsewhere.
