They also charged extra to shape the acrylic nails. The acrylic nails were a little thicker then most other shops I've been too, already looked a little grown out because she didn't put the acrylics all the way down the nail, and could have been shaped better (especially for an extra fee), and there was some gel polish residue around my nails which is easy to spot since gel polish is really hard to get off. The pedicure was great though. Unrelated to how the business is run, the regulars were super rude, literally pulled their chair up arm to arm next to my chair (to the point that if she moved, my chair moved with hers which was really irritating), started chatting with the nail technician like she was in the manicure chair, completely ignored my presence even though the technician was clearly annoyed by it, and even insulted my nail color as she was painting my nails. There were a few rude regulars in who acted like that and it was just really irritating, but again, nothing to do with how the owners run the business, just something about the experience that I really didn't like. I won't be back, I've been to other places near by that I felt were a little cleaner and gave me a more quality manicure. But the owners are super sweet and they definitely deserve recognition for how hard they work and how kind they all are. Instead, I got no massage at all. All she did was lightly rub the lotion into my legs with the hot stones, not massage them at all. Didn't even touch my feet with the stones once either.
