Sloppy, sloppy job. 2nd time I go in, hoping for a better experience. First, called to ask if the lady I wanted was available, was told she was only to find out she was not even working that day. Tech assigned is very rude and refuses to do a manicure. Instead just uses the drill on the skin to clean it up. I hate that! After specifically asking for a manicure. Then the look I wanted was ruined because he ran out of the nail polish i wanted. They don't order, when running low? He was upset when I then told him I didn't want the sparkle he had already applied that would go with the look I originally asked for. He then told me that I should have told him that before he did it. As if I knew, they would be out of the polish... seriously?? After that, it was worse. They looked ugly and asked him to re-do 2 nails which really bothered him, he even got the new color wrong. I decided not to say anything anymore, but I will not be going back. Stopped in here cautiously optimistic because I had a gift card. It was a great experience! They have a lot of options for services but are not pushy or aggressive trying to upsell you. I had a pedicure and gel mani and both techs were friendly, thorough, and attentive. Incredible selection of colors - every shade of every color you can imagine! They take appointments and walk-in. I love Natalie Nails. Been going here for almost a year now. Everyone is very friendly! I like all the nail techs. They have SO many colors to choose from. We always do Gel. I love all the color options. They are very efficient when getting a pedicure and manicure. Most of the time someone will do your toes while someone does your fingers unless it's really busy. The #2 pedicure is fabulous. Not sure the difference but I live the massage and the products they use. Makes my legs super soft. My toes and nails always look great and last for a few weeks. Remember I just get gel polish. It's clean and sanitary. I have tried a few different nail salons in Spokane but Natalie's salon has became my favorite. Rose has became one of my favorites. I have a hard time choosing a color so I have her choose for me. Her and I have the best time while she makes my fingers and toes SPARKLE. There are other employees that have done a great job to make me SPARKLE too. I just wish they wore name tags so we knew who worked on making us look beautiful. I drive 10 miles for this salon. I really have no complaints. So go try them out for yourselves. read more

Been coming here for over 7 years for pedicures. I've had all different technicians and every time the service has been consistent. Never a long wait time either. Service: great! Seated immediately after picking out colors. Friendly staff - my technician was kind and really gentle. Cleanliness: Terrible. This place was filthy. I'm not sure a single surface has ever been wiped down. The pedicure chairs were filthy and the cabinets and manicure stations were dusty and dirty. Employees were sitting around, eating food at their stations and while filling pedicure baths. Pedicure bath: so gross, visible build up and they were not cleaned between clients- just rinsed with warm water. Sterilization: two microwave oven looking sterilizes filled with tools in pouches but not used by anyone. The one thing my technician did use from the sterilizer was for callus removal and the package was already open. Had all the appearances of sterilization without actually doing it. Tools used for pedicure and manicure were pulled out of plastic pencil box stored inside each station and were very used - especially the buffer and nail file. Multiple containers with blue "sanitizer" present at the manicure stations but no instruments in any of them and not used by a single technician during my hour long stay. Getting what I asked for: close. Showed my technician a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it. Final result is really close except he used a different color for the accent chevron (it was supposed to be a coral/punch color he used on my other four nails. Instead he used a bright neon orange which stands out compared to the other 4 nails: see photo. Overall: I won't come here again. Despite the friendly service- it was just way too filthy for me to be comfortable. read more

I switched over from OMG nails to here because they said they were too packed to squeeze me in, so trusting their professional recommendation I did. I'll forever regret that move. I was going to get a fill but she ended up taking them off and giving me a new full set. I asked for an oval nail and ombré from light pink to white with the color. Once I had them for about a week I started to notice that my thumb nails would be super sensitive to touch and pretty soon it became unbearable, so I went to a different salon in Airway Heights. As she was taking them off my nails there was a god awful smell. She said that my nail had become infected and it wasn't just my thumb nails it was ALL of them. I was very disappointed here today and I won't be returning. I went for a gel manicure and the manicurist burnt me with the electric file bad enough that it still hurts tonight. She then cut my thumb cuticle so bad it bled for 15 minutes. They had to use super glue to close it. I told them that I didn't think I should be paying for my manicure; they seemed to discuss it among the 5 women working and I just got sorry and shoulder shrugs. I went for a quick mani pedi and they did a good job. It wasn't the best service I've ever had, but the job was done, price was fair, and I left with happy toes and nails. The salon isn't high end but the employees are very friendly and that counts a lot in my book. It seemed like there were a lot of "usuals" there and they were greeted by their name. Absolutely horrible!! Came here to get a gel manicure the day I was getting my engagement pictures done. Specifically told the gentleman who did my manicure that this was the case (so do a good job) and walked out with the worst manicure!! Cuticles weren't even trimmed or pushed back, he painted the gel all over my skin and cuticle and instead of cleaning it off, he cured it on my skin and tried to file it off!! I could have done a better job myself!! I will NEVER go back! Had to go back to my normal place to have them fix the crap job this guy did! Lesson learned!! read more

Horrible experience. We had two appointments at the same time. When we checked in we had to wait over half an hour. One lady started working on removal of the dip on my friend and switched to me. It was strange and halfassed. Then a guy came to help and had me go 2 rows away. My friend and I couldn't chat like we normally do when we get our nails done. The guy who did mine was incredibly rough. It hurt when he was taking off the dip. He used the electric file way to much. I almost walked out. Then while he was doing my dip, he kept messing up. I had so much glue on my fingers and palms. And for whatever reason, he decided to put a white dip on top of the color dip. It looked horrible. I was immediately disappointed. None of the nails were the same shade and some looked faded because of the white on top. It was awful and the nails weren't smooth. He didn't file the tips. I had to do that when I got home. Within the first week, the top layer was chipping off. I've never had that happen before. But I'd never go back so just waiting another week and I'll go back to OMG. I shouldn't never have ventured out. OMG was just too booked. Next time it's worth the wait. read more

I just went for the first time and got a gel full set and unfortunately it wasn't as great as I had hoped. Just be aware that if you go while it's busy, they will rush. I was hoping to have them take a little bit of time with me, when though what I wanted wasn't extravagant. Went there after the nail place across the street was busy. My mom, my sister, my fiancé and myself all got pedis the pedis weren't all that bad. It was extremely warm in the shop. The 1 star rating is because a few days later I checked my credit card and they charged me $5 more than what I was supposed to pay. I tipped them in cash so they essentially got 2 tips that day. I called and tried to talk to someone there but couldn't get anyone who could speak English (no offense) well enough to handle my issue. I disputed the charge with my credit card and will let them handle it. Def won't be going back. read more

I have had fine manicures at Natalie's, but it is very inconsistent, and they go WAY TOO FAST. I was pretty disappointed this last time I came in to have a dip manicure fixed because it was uneven and looked like I did it at home! They were only one of a few salons open on Sunday. I didn't get there until an hour before they closed as a walk in and wondered if they could get me in. They didn't even hesitate, in fact they took another 3 walk ins after me. Happily and smiled. Kevin did my pedicure. Very professional introduced himself and did a great massage on my legs, checking in to make sure it was just right for me. Went here with my wife for manicures & pedicures on a Friday afternoon as walk-ins. The store is very clean and large, open and bright. Oh and did I mention CLEAN? We were greeted and seated immediately in very comfortable massage chairs. It took me a couple minutes to figure out how to get mine to do what I wanted but it was great once I did. Foot and leg massage was great and whole pedicure took about 30 minutes. The manicure was no different. My wife got French tips and the guy did a great job. We will definitely be coming back. For a while this was my go 2 place. But this last time was AWFUL :(. I made an appointment to get a fill and my nails looked better grown out before she even started them. I was confused on why they were rushing because i had an appointment its not like a did a walk in? I asked her before hand if she could put diamonds on the top of my matte coat and she said yes but then proceeded to paint over my diamonds with matte. The paint job was SLOPPY and LUMPY. I am on the search for a good nail salon in the area, and I had high hopes after reading the review. Don't get me wrong - my pedicure was not bad - but it was not great, and not really what I would call the "deluxe." I actually chose the highest level of pedicure they had, and I specifically pointed out that I had two cracks on my heel. The tech did buff my heels, but just not enough. My heels the next day, of course, had the cracks (I knew they couldn't really fix those), but they also had a lot of rough skin still. The painting job was nice, but I just don't feel like I got what I needed there. Also, the deluxe was marked as coming with 10 minutes of massage, but I got nowhere near that. I mean, 5 minutes is nice, but if it advertises 10, at least do 8... You know, if not actually 10. read more

Went in for a gel manicure and the man with the blonde hair did a horrible job. My cuticles were cut dry and look horrible, he kept getting the polish on my skin and when I asked him to clean it up he would only use his thumb and gross nail to try and wipe/scrape it off (not acetone and a brush like he should after applying polish to every nail no matter what!) he dried the polish under the light and then tried to use a nail file and clippers to clean it all up at end! Definitely won't be coming back and was not worth the $30 since this is probably going to peel off in a day or 2. read more

I won't go anywhere else for pedicures. You can choose the level of pedicure that you liked from basic to spa. I am usually on a time crunch, so I pick basic for $20. This place is super clean, has friendly employees, and always are speedy! I have gotten manicures here as well and they do a great job with the gel polish. I have never gotten acrylic here though, but I am sure it would be up to par with other locations. Even if they are busy, they are fully staffed to take on all the customers! This salon always has a spot available when I drop in and the ladies who work here do a really great job. I've never gotten a manicure but the pedicures are wonderful, very relaxing, great leg massage and very good with color application. My pedis usually last 3-4 weeks. read more
