Second visit today, I am feeling leery of going back. The polish is on my skin, not usually an issue because it washes off soon enough. My nails from this shop are well done and look very nice. I didn't have a great experience for a couple of reasons but these may not be an issue for others. One thing to know before you visit: bring cash for payment. Otherwise they only accept Venmo and they'll make you to run it as a personal transaction and not as a merchant transaction, which has additional protections. This made really uncomfortable but other people might not care. Update: Whatever they used on my legs during my pedicure dripped and stained the back of my shorts and I had to throw them out. Or, there was something on the chair I sat in for my pedicure that stained them and won't come out. Definitely will not be back read more

We had the daunting task of finding 4 open chairs for 3 pedis and a full acrylic set. We decided on Kim Nails due to location and we're glad we did. The shop is clean, the massage chairs are strong, and the prices are fair. My husband had the mid range deep pedicure without polish. I chose the deep pedi and a french tip. My mother opted for deep with gel polish and my 15yr old received the acrylics. We all got something different and enjoyed them. read more

My cousin and I went to this place to get our nails done, and I'll just try to sum up our experience. My cousin chose a mani-pedi and I just got a gel manicure. As for me, my gel nails turned out well and the manicurist was gentle and kind. As for my cousin... The lady doing her pedicure was nice. But the main dude who owns the place was very harsh and rude to her. He used a drill to remove her gel nail polish that was already peeling off. He would ask her a question that she couldn't understand, and then would very loudly shout at her "YES OR NO?!" She was flustered and did not know what was going on. During her manicure the manicurist then paused abruptly and told her "YOU PAY NOW". In the middle of her manicure. Her nails were not dry and they sent us out the door. Now we are at our kitchen table scrubbing gel nail polish off of her hands because it smudged and smeared so badly due to being rushed. Not a great experience. Not worth the money read more

She can do anything you throw her. And fast!!! I've heard that the previous owners were less than stellar. She and her team make the salon a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I came into town a week prior to my Mom's Wedding and didn't have time before coming here to get a pedicure. When my Mom and her friend went to their appointments to get their nails filled, they had made an appointment for me to get a pedicure at the same time. There were two people working at the time, the lady that did the fills and a man that did the pedicure, I believe his name was Ken and the only reason I say that is because instead of cutting a hangnail on the lady next to me he ripped it off and she kinda screeched (I can't say screamed because it wasn't that loud) in pain and the said what did I ever do to make you mad at me Ken? He said you had a hangnail. Anyways, back to my situation .. To start off with, I wasn't asked what kind of pedicure I would like. The man just sat down in front of me and removed my polish, put some kinda oil on the nails, had me soak them real quick, barely touched the cuticles, started trimming my toenails and then attempted to file them.. of course soaking one in between while working on the other. He then started using a pumice stone to work my feet and heels. He rushed through this, leaving the dead dry skin on the sides of my feet and on my heels BUT he was nice enough to cut into my leg with the stone while going around the inside of my left foot! I sat forward two quick the first time and he glanced at it but then continued to do it a few more times! He did the exfoliation on my legs and then dried them and started painting my nails. After applying the base coat, I asked him if he could remove the dead skin at the top of my toes. It's like I offended him. He did toe toes and then started painting them with the color I took in. I had to ask if he would at least do the other foot.. he rubbed the skin on my pinky toe which was pealing up and dead as well but he only trimmed the dead skin where it was sticking out like a mohawk on two of them, he didn't even attempt to remove the dead skin on top of my pinky toe. The first nail (my pinky toenail) that he painted, he was actually kind enough to wipe off the extra paint from my toe.. he finished painting them and then I sat there letting them dry, no top coat applied! While they were drying I sat there scraping off some of the dead skin and he looked and you'd think he would've came back and done something about it but nope.. I noticed my toenails weren't cut/filed properly and are cut at an angle. So all in all with the dead/dry skin that's been left on my feet (Diabetic so it does matter!), the cuts on my leg from the pumice stone, and the angled toenails and the extra nail polish around my toenails, I feel that all I received was a Shitty paint job on my toe nails. I've had multiple back surgeries so doing my own little pedicure at home isn't really an option anymore! What a horrible experience this was! The night before the Wedding I found myself trying to scrape off the extra paint and dry skin.. Ugh!! I would've wrote this the day I had the paint job (pedicure) done but I've been slammed helping My Mom.. read more

Im new to the Spokane area and decided to try this nail salon because of the location. The first time I tried it I was very impressed. However, I did have to come back a couple days later because one of my nails had chipped off. They were nice enough to fix it at no charge. The second time I came I was again impressed but again had to come back a couple days later because my gel polish had chipped off on one of my nails. I went to the salón to get it fixed and they asked me to come back another time because they were to busy. I was hoping they could just fix my nail real quick since it was just the gel that had chipped but they declined. I am not able to come back later since it it Labor Day weekend and we are going out of town. I was hoping to have my nails nicely done to visit family but I will have to end up going with a chipped nail:/ I am not giving the salón 2 stars because they were not able to fix it the day i needed it done, I understand they are busy. However, I do feel like it shouldn't be necessary for me to come back a couple days later every time I've done my nails to get something fixed. This has never happened to me before. The worst costumer service I have ever been. I sent my 17 year-old daughter to the salon, where she did her nails, shellac- acrylic nails and regular pedicure and they charged her $80. I wouldn't care about the money if they would have done a good job, but her nails look horrible for that price. I went there afterwards and they said that the longer the nails the higher the price, which is not true. They didn't refund the money and will not go there ever again. read more

Went to have a group pedicure of 4 with my sisters and Grandma. They wanted to do two at a time and we said no we will just go somewhere else cause he wanted to be together. They said they would do all four of us together if we waited about another five minutes. After we waited they started 2 of us and then just left one of my sisters with her feet in the water for 15 min meanwhile my grandmother was stuck sitting and watching. They really only wanted our money. My pedicure turned out horrible and a fly kept landing on me and left footprints on my nail polish. Over all my one sister and grandma never got their nails done. Not impressed w this salon at all...I received a pedicure and was not pleased. The person that did it wasn't sure how to cut toenails appropriately. Cut one toenail way too short to the point it bled, the other toe was left extremely too long. I almost wanted to get up and walk out but was going to have to pay either way so I let them finish. The person didn't even clean my cuticles up and proceeded to put the polish over my cuticles that are supposed to be removed if you were to go to a decent salon.
