Super professional atmosphere. There's no yelling in Vietnamese everyone speaks English here. I've gone to many nail salons trying to find the best one that wouldn't hurt me, cut me or burn me while trying to get a gel fill. Apparently there's a painless way to get a fill?! Who knew... I am super excited I got referred to this place definitely the best in Spokane!! My advice is book in advance the place is always booked up. They don't except debit cards cash or check I would definitely recommend this place to anybody their prices may be a little bit more but it's worth it! read more

I was a long time customer of the Nailry and recommended it to everyone. However, when I called in April I got a voice message and left a message for Ray, one of the owners who always did my nails, that I wanted to make an appointment. He called me back a day later and said he was booked because another nail salon had closed and the Nailry took over their bookings. He then proceeded to recommend a couple other places. So new customers get preferential treatment to long time customers. Loyalty means nothing to them. Their customer service is non existent. read more

I called to make an appointment and no one called me back so I went to beauty on Broadway where I get my lashes done. Sarah did a beautiful job. No one is ever at the salon to answer phone calls so would not recommend. read more

Have had my nails done by Jordan twice now. One time I had gel done on my natural nails, and the second time she did a full set of acrylics on me without using tips. She does a beautiful job. The facility is clean, and everyone who works there is personable and accommodating. I will definitely keep going here for the foreseeable future. Are you kidding me?! I just called to see about the price for a gel manicure and I got a v/m which said if you want an appointment to leave a message with the date and time you want and if it is available they will call you back however if it is not available you will not receive a call! I guess you should just wait for some unstated amount of time before you assume you are not getting a call back before you find someone else. I know customer service has gone to hell, but just no way am I dealing with people who have such little respect for their customers. read more

The Nailry is the BEST! A little pricier than your typical nail salon, but well worth the extra cost. I have gotten my nails done by Lauren for the last year and she has never disappointed me. She does a thorough job and the manicures last me over 3 weeks with no breakage. There is nowhere else in Spokane I would rather go!!! read more

I was excited for my visit here based on the reviews I read online. Unfortunately, it did not really meet my expectations, especially for the price charged for a gel manicure. The space itself is very beautiful and my nail technician was very kind. I did not receive the manicure I have come to expect at every salon I've ever been to in the past, however. It took about half an hour to clean my nails of the gel I had on from a previous manicure. And instead of letting my nails soak in acetone for a good period of time for easy removal, most of the nail polish was filed off after the acetone failed to do its job. Once the old layer of nail polish was finally off, the technician took me to another area to start polishing my nails. There was no soaking of the fingers in water, no cutting of the cuticles, just straight to polish. And for this, I was charged $38. It's fine if this is the kind of manicure service provided at this location, but if this is the case, it shouldn't be advertised as a "manicure" but a "polish change," instead. And it most definitely should not cost $38 if this is the case. I went in on Saturday for my manicure and the polish on one nail has already chipped. I'm not writing this review to be harsh, but in the event that other users are looking for a nice salon for a manicure, I want them to know what service they are in fact paying for. read more

This is my new favorite go-to nail salon! This place is conveniently located between the north side and downtown. I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere and independent rooms for pedicures. Definitely going to be going here for all future nail work. I think it is also worth mentioning that this place has been in business and owned by the original owners since 1984! read more

The best nail salon that I have found in Spokane by far! I have only went there for acrylics so far but I will keep coming back and trying new things. My mother has gone there for gel polish for quite a while and loves it. She says it stays on a long time, looks great, and she has a blast going there and getting them done. Back in 2012 I went here to get my acrylics done for my wedding and it was the best decision ever. They looked amazing and I'm so glad I didn't go anywhere else! This is the only place I've found in Spokane that does quality nails. I got very spoiled with high end spas in bigger cities and moving to Spokane was a real eye opener. 1. They cannot keep appointments that you make. 2. Pedi's are a joke compared to other locations , they charge $40.00 Just to put lotion and polish on your toes. 3. They've had 3-5 people leave this salon to go to other salon due to Nailry not keeping their appointments with their currant clients. 4. This nail salon is so cute and well put together! I've been there twice and all the nail techs are welcoming. When a client comes in who has been there before, all the nail techs welcome them by name. The nail tech that I had do my nails is Rosalia. She's new there but she does an amazing job! Since I travel full time I rely a lot on reviews to use local businesses. Usually it works out very well. I guess there's a first time for everything. I will preface the negative by saying the shop is cute although it seems like manicures are more their thing than pedicures. The pedicure for $50 was just okay. Carly was very nice but when she put my feet under LED lights to dry, I asked her, "I can get this polish off, right"? And she replied with "you should be able to". I asked again and she said, "It'll come off". The next morning I noticed my 2 big toes were all smudged and tacky to the touch. I decided to just take the polish off and forget it. Well, guess what? The polish would not come off!! I had to take a file and file it off then soak my toes with remover. I have pictures. It's not pretty. After an hour or so most of it came off. Now my nails look terrible and a little damaged. I called the salon and left a message. They didn't call back. So I called back and got the owner on the phone. I just wanted to tell of my experience. I don't want a refund. I sure don't want to go back in. Why would I do that? Anyway I've already moved on from Spokane. It seems (according to him) it was all my fault. Let's see. I put shoes on. Yes I did. Flip flops. And last time I checked they don't touch the toes. I used the wrong kind of nail polish remover. Okay. Whatever. Oh wait. He did say maybe the polish was too thick. Duh! He still insisted I could get the polish off. It was a waste of my time to call but the reason I'm writing is because of the call and the owner's responses. read more
